Guang Xi University Investigation And Analysis Of Contemporary University Students' Legal View And Countermeasures

Nowadays,with the rapid development of China's economy,China's major contradictions have changed.The change of this contradiction is reflected in the rule of law field,which is the contradiction between the growing legal needs of the people and the uneven development level and resources of the rule of law.With the deepening of economic reform,the importance of the rule of law has become increasingly prominent.Professor Zhang Wenxian in-depth analysis,the19 th congress once referred to in the process of the construction of the rule of law,need persistent concentration under the rule of law,namely the party and the people determined to implement the rule of law belief and determination.The new stage,the new era of the rule of law new requirements,showing that the era of the rule of law for all has come.College students are the main position of talents from all walks of life.Therefore,paying attention to the construction of university students' thoughts on the rule of law is an important force to promote the rule of law in an all-round way.University education is a huge project,undertaking the task of sending excellent talents to the country.Therefore,the study and improvement of the construction of the rule of law of college students is related to the process of university governance according to law and affects the level of the national legal governance road.In this paper,through a variety of research methods such as questionnaire method and literature research preparation for expansion of the subject,the author through the way of questionnaire survey,some universities in guangxi region design questionnaire survey,data integration and analysis;By analyzing the current situation of the cultivation of legal governance in colleges and universities and integrating the existing problems in the cultivation of legal governance in colleges and universities,this paper tries to put forward the ways to solve the problems in accordance with the law of China.This paper will be divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction of this paper,introducing the background,research methods and research status of this paper.The second part makes a brief analysis of relevant theories of legal governance.The third part,through the method of questionnaire survey,aims to obtain the real and scientific data in the process of cultivating the concept of legal governance of college students in guangxi,so as to facilitate the development of this project.The fourth part is to follow the rules of raising questions and analyzing problems,and find out the problems existing in the process of cultivating the legal concept of college students.Such problems as the lack of legal knowledge,the need for further improvement of legal consciousness,the unitary faculty for cultivating the rule of law and the weak ability of applying law in practice.The fifth part aimed at the status quo and existing problems,makes every effort to find a way to resolve the problem,promote the process of the rule of law education reform in colleges and universities in guangxi region,produced the rule of law thinking and concept of college students under the rule of law.It is expected that the study of this topic will be of some reference value to the cultivation of college students' legal governance concept in the whole country.
