The view of interpersonal interaction refers to the stable psychological tendency and intention on interaction formed by people through personal interaction. In particular, it refers to people’s opinion and view of interpersonal interaction or relationship, and is the sum of such standings, attitudes and opinions as formed in interaction over long periods. The view of interpersonal interaction is in fact an evaluation standard and selection benchmark, which guides people’s interactive behavior and affects the interaction results.Due to changes of times and social environment, individuals’ views of interpersonal interaction show different features. With the current fast social, economic and technological developments, the post-90s college students’ views of interpersonal interaction develop through their social experiences. Post-90s students will be the core force of our society. It is a new task and a new topic for college political workers and college faculties to guide them to form healthy views of interpersonal interaction and grow healthily in physical as well as psychological terms.This essay defines the connotations of interaction and the view of interaction, analyzes the role of interpersonal interaction in human development and the impacts of the view of interaction on interactive behavior, examines the current status of and problems in the post-90s students’ interpersonal interaction, and puts forward strategies and measures for development of scientific views of interpersonal interaction and appropriate interactive behavior.
