Since 1990s,Ministry of Education has paid high attention to the training of elementary and secondary school teacher's education technology,so the teacher's educational technology competency training develops rapidly.In 2014,Ministry of Education launched the project for elementary and secondary school teacher's information technology application ability enhancement.Ministry of Education massively provided training for elementary and secondary school teacher on information technology application ability basing on province,so as to radically improve teachers' information technology application ability.The normal students of higher normal institutions are the front line teachers to participate in the educational informatization in the future.In order to let them adapt themselves quickly to the need of elementary education reform during working,with well education technical ability and level,most of the normal universities realize the importance of developing the education technical ability for normal students.Combining with the development of current education technology and according to school condition,they set up the modern educational technology course,so the technical ability of education has been improved in recent years.However,they didn't achieve the desired effect of modern educational technology course.This study aims at optimizing instructional effects,be associated with the reality of normal universities,modern educational technology course,start from what normal university student are the training target of future teachers,attach great importance to their significant role in informatization education in future.By making investigation on the current situation of course development,and rationally thinking on how to solve the current problem of course development to improve the training of normal students' educational technology ability,this study puts forward the teaching design basing on project teaching method,and also turn it into reality,so as to let students better master a teacher's modern education technology application skill,which are of realistic significance for the students'formation of education technology ability,the improvement of students' overall teaching level in future,and the promotion of teacher professional ability development.The study is divided into 5 parts:The first part is an introduction and the theoretical foundation of this study.The first chapter elaborates the research context,the significance of the material selection,research status,research content and method.In second chapter,it mainly elaborates the core concept of this study and its relevant theoretical basis.In the core concept part,it elaborates the project teaching method,distinguishes it from task-driven teaching method,and finally puts forward the combination of project teaching method and modern educational technology course.In the theoretical basis part,it elaborates group dynamics,constructivism learning theory,situational learning theory,and the seam of instructional design theory,as well as illustrates the feasibility of above theory,and how to guide the practice of this study.The second part is divided into status survey and analysis part.In this,it makes an investigation and analysis about the current situation of one normal school's modern educational technology course.According to actual situation and specific issue,it makes concrete feasibility analysis on which project teaching method is suitable for modern educational technology course,so as to make the foundation of this study 'practice.The third part is the teaching design of this study.This study's teaching design is made according to the teaching procedure of how project teaching method applies to teaching.It mainly elaborates the design and activities development from the project establishment,preparation,performance,assessment,conclusion and so on.The fourth part is the action research procedure.It elaborates procedures of action research,which makes detailed description for the implementation process,analysis and improvement,research result,as well as comparison of project works of the first round of research,the second round of research,and the third round of research.A detailed description was given and the research report was put forward by comparing the process,reflection and effect of the three-wheel action research.This study draws the following conclusions:Firstly,according to the implementation experience based on the course of"Modern Education Technology" with project based teaching,where to borrow some concepts to guarantee the rigor of the projects,the participation of students,equity of evaluation methods,and the flexibility of the projects,it can be used for reference for future courses design and implementation.Secondly,according to self-practice of this research,requirement is put forward for the teachers based on the courses of Modern Education Technology with project based teaching,which should have the ability of interdisciplinary and team cooperation,learning situation creation,and rapid role transformation.Thirdly,according to the interaction with students,"student center" theory practice and extension is put forward during teaching,which is not only student-cente red,but teaching by learning,learning by doing,using by learning.
