Job burnout generally exists in all kinds of industries,especially in industries with high work pressure and frequent communication with people,which belongs to a negative extreme psychological mood.If this extreme psychological emotion is allowed to spread,the staff will lose their enthusiasm for work,which will lead to the psychological exclusion of work and reduce work efficiency.With the development of China's economy,job burnout has increasingly become a problem that puzzles the development of enterprises.The middle-aged employees are the groups that are prone to burnout.First of all,they work for a long time,and their work has not so much freshness for them.In addition,the middle-aged group bears more family pressure.It should be noted that middle-aged employees are the mainstay of each enterprise,and their work efficiency directly affects the development of the enterprise.Therefore,it is urgent and practical to study the job burnout of middle-aged employees.At present,the research on job burnout in China is more about civil servants and teachers,and lack of research on the job burnout of employees of a certain age.This paper attempts to make a breakthrough from this aspect and turn its focus to the middle-aged employees of state-owned banks.By using professional theories and methods,social work helps groups in need to solve their life difficulties,and then helps individuals and their social environment better adapt to each other.For the phenomenon of job burnout of middle-aged employees in state-owned banks,using social work methods and skills to analyze,and find out countermeasures to alleviate job burnout for intervention,has a natural advantage that other disciplines do not have.This paper takes the middle-aged employees,uses the interview method to understand the situation of the research object,and finds out the factors that affect the job burnout of the respondents.Through the research and analysis of the current situation of job burnout of middle-aged employees in bank a of Wuhan,it is found that the incidence of job burnout of middle-aged employees in bank a of Wuhan is relatively high,which is at a significant level.According to the differences of gender,marital status,education level,work position and working years,this paper analyzes the current situation of job burnout of middle-aged employees,and then explores the differences among them.The factors that affect the job burnout of middle-aged employees in bank a of Wuhan are divided intothree levels: personal factors,organizational factors and social factors.On this basis,under the guidance of ecosystem theory,from the micro,meso and macro levels,using the classic method of social work-group work to intervene,this paper puts forward that the grass-roots employees should be guided to self-evaluation,pay attention to the health of older employees,strengthen the management participation of highly educated employees,and do a good job in the humanistic care of married employees At the organizational level,we should strengthen psychological guidance,improve the working environment,improve the emergency intervention program for middle-aged employees' burnout,and carry out stress management;at the social level,we should steadily promote the reform of the bank,play the role of the labor union,and improve the compensation and welfare of employees.
