Research purposes: Through testing and evaluation,summarize the characteristics of changes in muscle strength at different stages of the menstrual cycle of young female college students,and define the degree and trend of changes in muscle strength of young women,such as maximum strength,explosive power,and muscular endurance.Screening and determination of test indicators and evaluation criteria that can reflect the different nature of muscle strength of female college students,and further clarify the specificity and relevance between different test indicators.Over-correlation analysis provides accurate scientific evidence for the adjustment of exercise forms and load measurements at different stages of the young woman's menstrual cycle,and provides guidance for the strength and fitness of young women.Research Methods: Thirty female students from the Journalism Department of Xi'an Institute of Physical Education were selected as test subjects.The age range is mainly 19,20,and 21 years old.The maximum strength,explosive power,and muscular endurance of the students are measured by using the grip device,Hengkang Jia vertical jump tester,Smith piggyback,Hengkang Jia industry sit-up tester and stopwatch.Numerical value.Using SPSS 17.0 univariate analysis,the level of muscle strength was calculated.Pearson Correlation analysis was used for validation.Research result:1.The ovulation period of the first phase of the explosive power accounted for 98.64% of the luteal phase,96.15% of the menstrual phase during the luteal phase,97.55% of the ovulation period during the menstrual phase,1.36% of the ovulation period during the luteal phase,and 2.45 of the menstrual period during the ovulation period.%,luteal phase is higher than 3.85% of the menstrual period,which can be launched during the explosive period of the menstrual cycle luteal phase> ovulation period> menstrual period.2.The luteal phase of maximum recuperation accounted for 99.7% of the menstrual period,ovulation accounted for 97.5% of the luteal phase,ovulation accounted for 97.2% of the menstrual period,the menstrual period was 0.3% higher than the luteal phase,and the menstrual period was higher than the ovulation period 2.8 %,which shows that the maximum strength of a large muscle group in the menstrual cycle shows menstrual period> luteal phase> ovulation.3.The ovulation period of right hand grip strength accounted for 99.04% of the luteal phase,97.4% of the ovulation period during the menstrual period,96.5% of the luteal phase during the menstrual period,0.96% of the ovulation period during the luteal phase,and 3.5% of the menstrual phase during the luteal phase.Therefore,the right hand grip strength of the menstrual cycle is luteal phase> ovulation period> menstrual period.4.The luteal phase of left-hand grip is equal to that of ovulation,and the menstrual period accounts for 99.65% of the luteal phase and ovulation period.Therefore,the left-hand grip of the menstrual cycle is obtained during luteal phase = ovulation period> menstrual period;ovulation period of muscular endurance(dipping)It accounted for 95.9% of the luteal phase,98.06% of menstrual period in the ovulation period,94.07% of the luteal phase in the menstrual period,4.1%of the ovulation period in the luteal phase,and 1.94% of the ovulation period in the ovulation period.Therefore: muscle endurance)In the menstrual cycle,luteal phase> ovulation period>menstrual period.Analysis conclusion:1,Women's college students in the first phase of the menstrual cycle explosive force,maximum strength(right hand grip),muscle endurance(pulling up),muscle endurance(sit up)in the luteal phase of the strongest,the weakest menstrual period.2.There is a significant difference between the menstrual period and the luteal phase in the second phase of the menstrual cycle of women's college students.There was no significant difference in explosive power or maximum power.3.the largest force in the first phase of the menstrual cycle of women's college students in the menstrual period(back)is the largest in the menstrual period,followed by ovulation,and finally the luteal phase.
