| Research objectives: This study aims to improve the maximum strength and explosive power as training objectives.Through the experimental analysis and comparison of the influence of chain training and traditional lower extremity strength training on the maximum strength and explosive power of lower extremity of high-level male football players in colleges and universities, explore the differences between the two training methods. And which kind of training method can have a positive effect on the maximum strength and explosive power of lower limbs of high-level male football players in colleges and universities more efficiently. And this as the basis of practice, the hope for the majority of football researchers in the quality of lower extremity strength training to the competitive, scientific, rationalized concept and requirements, for the majority of high-level men’s football team players in the lower extremity maximum strength and explosive force training to provide certain reference means and methods.Research methods: In this study,30 men’s soccer team players from Wuhan University of Physical Education with similar physical indicators(height, weight, age, training years greater than or equal to 6 years)were selected as experimental research objects. In this experiment,30 players were randomly assigned to two groups of 15,namely the chain group and the traditional group.Participants in the chain group(n=15)underwent chain training, while participants in the traditional group(n=15)underwent traditional lower extremity strength training.Under the premise that there was no significant difference in the basic body shape index, special lower extremity strength quality index was tested before the experiment, which not only served as a reference for the data before the experiment, but also could conduct homogeneity analysis of subjects in the two groups. The two groups were trained for90 minutes twice a week for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, the data of the chain group and the traditional group were collected and tested with the same lower limb strength and quality index and compared with the original data.Results:(1)After 8 weeks of experimental training, there were significant differences between the chain group and the traditional group in the test results of the lower extremity-maximum strength index of 1RM squat, back leg elevation and split leg squatt-right,and back leg elevation and split leg squatt-left(P<0.01),the increases of the above indexes in the chain group were 8.69%,12.08% and 12.15%,respectively.In contrast, the improvement of the above indexes in the traditional group was 4.81%,9.14% and 9.75%,respectively.(2)After 8 weeks of intervention training, the chain group showed significant differences in five tests of lower extremity explosive power index(P<0.01),the five test indexes of the traditional group also showed significant differences(P<0.01),the growth rates of longitudinal jump time and height of CMJ in chain group were 14.81% and 21.93%,and those in traditional group were 14.28% and 12.03%.The growth rates of longitudinal jump time and height of DJ in chain group were 13.04% and 10.91%,while those in traditional group were 9.09% and 7.06%.The growth rates of SJ longitudinal jump time and height in chain group were 18.18% and 15.92%,while those in traditional group were 13.04%and 9.22%.The growth rate of standing long jump before and after experiment was 5.23% in the chain group and 2.04% in the traditional group. The 30 m sprint time of the chain group increased by-5.58% before and after the experiment, while the 30 m sprint time of the traditional group increased by-2.93%.Through the test data after the experiment,it can be concluded that the test growth rate of the chain group is higher than that of the traditional group.Conclusions:(1)After 8 weeks of experimental intervention training, chain training and traditional training can have a significant impact on the maximum strength and explosive power quality of lower limbs of high-level male football players in colleges and universities. From the overall growth rate and training effect, chain training is superior to traditional training, especially in improving the maximum strength of lower limbs.(2)After 8 weeks of experimental intervention training, the chain group and the traditional group showed significant improvement in the test indexes of 1RM squat and left and right hind leg split-up squat, with certain differences in value-added and growth rate, and the chain group was slightly higher than the traditional group.(3)After 8 groups of experimental intervention training, the chain group and the traditional group have improved in CMJ longitudinal jump air time,SJ longitudinal jump air time and 30 m sprint running test indexes and the growth rate is not very different,in the rest of the explosiveness test index value and growth rate have certain differences, the chain group is slightly higher than the traditional group. |
