Objective:No matter the ordinary people's daily fitness activities,professional athletes' sports training,all need muscle participation,in the process,whether people participate in collective or single events,There are only two forms of muscle participation: explosive muscle activity and endurance muscle activity.There are obvious differences in speed and speed between the two kinds of muscle activities.However,the difference in muscle function is the focus of this study.Because the myoelectricity is the nerve,the muscle excites sends out the bioelectricity result,the muscle electricity produces Neo-Confucianism is an important method to study muscle function.Therefore,this study,taking quadriceps femoris as an example,compared and studied the differences of myoelectric characteristics between explosive muscle activity and endurance muscle activity during knee extension,and combined with relevant theoretical knowledge.This paper analyzes and discusses the factors that affect the differences between the two kinds of muscle activities.Combining with the experimental design and the results of the study,the results of the analysis and discussion give some reasonable suggestions for the future research and training.Research methods:According to the need of the research,this research mainly adopts the literature method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods.In the whole study,eight healthy men majoring in physical education in Xi'an Institute of physical Education were mainly studied by the experimental method.At first,two kinds of actual sports were photographed by kinematics: walking(extensor muscle on the surface of knee joint was mainly of endurance muscle activity)and longitudinal jump(extensor muscle of knee joint was mainly characterized by explosive muscle activity).To establish the angular velocity of knee extension in the course of two kinds of muscle movement,and then according to the experimental model,using the ISOMED2000 isokinetic muscle strength test system produced in Germany to establish reasonable endurance and endurance.At last,the electrical discharge of the surface extensor of quadriceps femoris was measured by Mega Win6000 portable electromyograph produced by Finland.Results of the study:1.Surface electromyograph(EMG)measurements at 180°/ s(slow)speed and 380°/s(fast)speed during knee extension exercise showed that:(1)There were significant differences in MA value and RMS value(P < 0.05)between the two muscles in the same mass.The values of RMS and RMS of rectus femoris were all shown(endurance muscle activity > burst muscle activity,the value of medial femoral muscle MA >burst muscle activity,the value of RMS > burst muscle activity,the value of lateral femoral muscle MA and the value of RMS and iEMG).All showed(endurance muscle activity > burst muscle activity).(2)In the course of endurance and explosive muscle activity :the iEMG value of medial rectus muscle and lateral thigh muscle was significantly different(P <0.05);The iEMG values of medial rectus muscle and rectus muscle were significantly different(P< 0.05);The iEMG value of the lateral rectus muscle was significantly different from that of the rectus muscle iEMG(P<0.05).2.The results of the isokinetic muscle strength test system at 180°/ s(slow)speed and 380°/ s(fast)speed during knee extension exercise showed that:There was no significant difference between the two kinds of maximal peak torque of muscle activity(P > 0.05).The maximum peak torque of burst muscle activity was higher than that of endurance muscle activity.The study concluded that:(1)Same muscle: the mean amplitude of endurance muscle is larger than that of explosive muscle,and the mean square root amplitude of endurance muscle is larger than that of explosive muscle.The integral myoelectric value in endurance muscle activity was higher than that in explosive muscle activity,and there was significant difference between them.(2)There were significant differences among the three muscles,both in the course of burst muscle activity and endurance muscle activity,in the integral myography of medial femoral muscle > in the integral of lateral femoral muscle > in the integral of rectus femoris.Medial femoris and rectus femoris play the most important role in the two kinds of muscle activities.(3)Endurance muscle activity was greater than explosive muscle activity,which was consistent with Hill equation,but there was no significant difference between them.This is due to the uncertain role of the middle femoris in two muscle activities in the quadriceps femoris and the influence of other synergistic muscles around them.
