Objective:The previous research on rapid telescopic compound training mainly focused on improving athletes’ performance. In this experiment, isokinetic muscle strength test and surface electromyography test were used to study the influence of rapid telescopic compound training on the strength and speed of the selected knee flex or and extensor muscles(lateral femoral muscle, medial femoral muscle, rectus fem oris muscle, semitendinosus semimembranous muscle, biceps femoris muscle)and th e electromyographic activity,It also provides a theoretical basis for the effect of r apid telescopic compound training in improving the maximum strength and explo sive force of muscles in sports training.Method:16 professional male basketball players were selected as subjects, and the sub jects were randomly divided into experimental group(8)and control group(8),8week rapid telescopic compound training(experimental group)and 8-week traditio nal strength resistance training(control group)were performed respectively.Using t he isokinetic muscle strength test and training system and the surface electromyo graphy acquisition and analysis system, the peak torque(PT),average power(AP),fle xor-extensor ratio(F/E),peak torque of knee flexor and extensor muscles before an d after intervention were recorded body weight ratio(PT/BW),four muscle strength indexes, and root mean square amplitude(RMS),a surface electromyography index, were analyzed statistically.Findings:In isokinetic muscle strength test, the results of rapid telescopic compound tra ining compared with traditional strength resistance training are as follows:(1)In th e 60°/s slow test after intervention, rapid telescopic compound training and traditio nal strength training can significantly improve PT,AP and PT/BW of knee flexor and extensor muscles(P<0.05),and there is no significant difference between the two training methods after intervention(P>0.05);(2)In the 180°/s rapid test after th e intervention, the rapid telescopic compound training can significantly improve th e PT,AP and PT/BW of knee flexor and extensor muscles(P<0.05),while the tradi tional strength resistance training can not significantly improve the PT,AP and P T/BW of knee flexor and extensor muscles(P>0.05).(3)In the tests of 60°/s an d 180°/s after the intervention, both rapid telescopic compound training and traditi onal strength resistance training failed to significantly improve the F/E of knee fl exor and extensor muscles(P>0.05).In terms of surface electromyography test, the results of rapid telescopic com pound training compared with traditional strength resistance training are as follow s:(1)In the 60°/s slow test after intervention, both rapid telescopic compound traini ng and traditional strength resistance training can significantly improve the RMS of knee flexor and extensor muscles(P<0.05),and there is no significant differenc e between the two training methods after intervention(P>0.05);(2)In the 180°/s r apid test after the intervention, the rapid telescopic compound training can signific antly improve the knee flexor and extensor RMS(P<0.05),while the traditional str ength resistance training can not significantly improve the knee flexor and extens or RMS(P>0.05).Discussion:Compared with the traditional strength resistance training, the rapid telescopic compound training can not only improve the maximum strength of the knee flexor and extensor, but also improve the explosive power of the knee flexor and extensor. Moreover, compared with the traditional strength resistance training, the rapid telescopic compound training can more effectively recruit more sports units to help the knee flexor and extensor in training activities. |
