As a member of society,what kind of core literacy should be possessed has become the focus of society research.The core literacy in subject teaching is the mean of the specific subject and specific grade.Mathematics as a necessary and important curriculum in primary and secondary school,is also the most important basic discipline.The value of mathematics learning and teaching is obvious to all.The problems which related to the status,development,and cultivation of the mathmatics core literacy have gradually received attention from all walks of life and become a hot topic discussed by educational researchers.In China,children begin their systematic learning at the time of they become the Primary school students.What's more,the learning of the subject of mathmatics in primary school are mainly content a series of knowledge which related to mathematics operations.Therefore,mathematic operation's teaching in primary school is the basic content,and it also became the cornerstone for cultivating students' good mathematics literacy.Establishing an evaluation index system for mathematics operations literacy in primary schools is also possessing more theoretical and practical.In theory,the establishment of elementary mathematics attainment literacy index system can make education measurement and education evaluation more perfect.Actually,the math teacher in primary school can according the evaluation index of primary school mathematics literacy and the actual situation of student mathematics operations to adjust the content and methods of teaching in timly,so as to increase students' interest in learning mathematics.In a sense,the cultivation of mathematical literacy is promoting mathematics education's development.The specific process of this paper is as follows: First,using the literature analysis,researched the knowledge involved in mathematics operation knowledge in primary school mathematics learning;determined the core concept of primary mathematics operation literacy;and summarized the primary mathematics operation.Based on the principle of selection of relevant indicators,preliminary determination of the first-level indicators,then reviewing and analyzing the relevant literature,summarizing,consult expert opinionand,further decomposing the first-level indicators,the corresponding to each level of indicators the second-level indicators were compiled into consultation questionnaires for the first time by experts;then Delphi's expert consultation method was used to issue two rounds of consultation questionnaires for selected indicators to the selected experts,and the data was processed through Spss 24.0 to add or delete corresponding indicators.The Kendall harmony coefficient(Kendall W)is used to analyze the consistency of each round of expert opinions.The results show that the opinions of the two rounds of experts are of high consistency.Finally,the reliability and validity of the obtained indicators at various levels are verified.The primary and secondary indicators of primary school mathematics literacy evaluation;based on the determination of the second evaluation index,the “Primary Mathematics Mathematical Literacy Evaluation Weight Matrix” was compiled and consulted with experts.Finally,the data was processed using MATLAB R2016 a software.Programming,calculate the corresponding weight coefficient of each level of indicators.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Knowledge related to mathematical operations in primary school mathematics learning:(1)Understanding,reading and writing of numbers;(2)Understanding,reading and writing of mathematical symbols;(3)understanding of mathematical operation methods,principles,and rules and master;(4)the application of mathematical operations in other fields.2.The core concept of primary school mathematics literacy: students through a certain mathematical operations and cultural activities,that is,learning the knowledge of mathematics,repeatedly practicing through mathematics operations practice to master the process of mastering mathematical methods and steps,and finally through the number of experience through the relationship between the operations to solve the simple concrete mathematical problems after the subtle influence of the formed mathematical literacy,as well as personal character.3.The operability of primary mathematics literacy definition:(1)Master the knowledge related to mathematical operations,be familiar with the properties of the operands,and be able to correctly read and write operands;(2)Understand the operation principle of the four operations and the four operations the relationship between them,and to master its operation method;(3)According to the nature of the operation object and the corresponding algorithm,a variety of operation methods for the operation of the object to perform precise operations;(4)Master the estimation method,the operation object can be approximated operation(5)Use mathematics to solve simple problems in specific situations.4.The primary school mathematics literacy evaluation index includes three levels of mathematics,mathematics operations,mathematics,and three secondary indicators.The mathematics of the first level includes knowledge of numbers,arithmetic symbols,and arithmetic algorithms.Algebraic operation,operation mode 5 second-level indicators;mathematics operation process includes analysis of operation conditions,inquiry operation method,determination of operation program,and calculation result of 4 second-level indicators;mathematical operation applications are included in graphics and geometry applications,in the application of statistics and probability,in the application of synthesis and practice,the application of four secondary indicators in numbers and algebra.5.The weights of primary and secondary indicators of primary mathematics literacy are calculated and discussed.The weights of the three first-level indicators in mathematics operations,mathematics operations,and mathematic operations are: 0.4355,0.2681,and 0.2964;the five secondary indicators of mathematics operations are: 0.2439,0.1957,and 0.2346.0.1560,0.1687;the weights of the four secondary indicators of the mathematical operation process are: 0.3027,0.2680,0.2003,0.2290;the weights of the four secondary indicators of mathematics applications are: 0.3196,0.1988,0.2336,0.2483.The novelty of this study is that,Firstly,the research first proposed the mathematics operations in mathematics core literacy,the definition and operability of primary mathematics literacy.Secondly,through the quantitative and qualitative research,the primary mathematics literacy literacy index system is constructed for the first time,which including mathematics.Computational knowledge,mathematical operations,mathematics applications.In summary,this article has initially explored and tried the elementary mathematics attainment literacy index system.Due to the limited research time,the literature research method was adopted when initially selecting the index;the corresponding primary school children were not established after the index system and weights were determined.The mathematical operation literacy assessment scale can further improve and deepen the research in the future,and effectively implement this research into the education and teaching of primary mathematics operations.
