In 2014,the Ministry of Education issued the opinions on comprehensively deepening the curriculum reform and implementing the fundamental task of cultivating talents through morality,which emphasized the importance of core literacy.Since then,research on core literacy has developed rapidly in China.Core literacy aims to study the abilities and qualities that individuals should possess to cope with the changes brought about by the changing times and technological innovation.In order to cultivate students' core literacy ideas,the reform and development of curriculum teaching in China has gradually begun to attach importance to the role of core literacy.The research on core literacy is also developing towards the direction of subject teaching.In order to truly implement the educational role of core literacy for students,it is necessary to build an evaluation index system that can evaluate student literacy in accordance with the core literacy concept,and promote students to change their learning styles and guide teachers to make correct evaluation of.The cultivation of core literacy not only meets the requirements of the new curriculum reform,but also is closely related to the basic concept of quality education.In primary school,"mathematical operation" plays a very important role in students' math learning and in their daily life.Meanwhile,the reform of basic education also plays a very important role in the cultivation of core literacy.Therefore,it is necessary to combine the core accomplishment with the subject curriculum teaching and evaluation from the primary school stage,so as to improve the students' subject accomplishment and cultivate their life-long learning ability.Based on the existing literature research on core literacy and mathematical operations,combing,using interviews,questionnaires,Delphi method and other research methods,mainly around the value of primary school mathematics core literacy,the meaning and meaning of arithmetic literacy The research is carried out to provide some reference for better constructing the mathematical operation literacy evaluation index system.In the teaching of "numerical calculations",it focuses on training students' arithmetic skills and methods,and also reflects the requirements for students' thinking and abilities.Based on the analysis of the essence of "mathematical operations",the requirements of course standards,the sorting of related literatures and the collation of interview materials,the research builds the evaluation index system of "mathematical operations" related to core literacy.The research first proposed the basis,purpose,ideas and significance of the topic.Next,the theoretical basis and relevant literature at home and abroad were sorted out,and the core concepts were defined.Then the methods,tools,frameworks,objects and data processing methods used in the research are introduced in detail.In the next step,primary and secondary indicators are selected based on the criteria for index selection.The preliminary evaluation index system for computing literacy was tested,and the reliability and validity of the evaluation scale were analyzed.After the test,two rounds of expert consultation were conducted on the evaluation index system,and the evaluation index system was finally established by analyzing expert opinions to select and revise the evaluation index.Through the method of expert assignment,the weights of the first and second indicators are allocated,and the connotation of the indicators at all levels is explained.Subsequently,the indicators were verified,and the statistical results of expert opinions were analyzed and the reliability and validity were tested again.Finally,it summarizes the conclusions,innovations,shortcomings and development direction of the article.The main result of this study is to construct an evaluation index system of mathematical operation literacy with core literacy as the starting point.After two rounds of expert consultation,6 first-level indexes and 19 second-level indexes are established,and the index weights are evaluated and allocated.The innovation of the research lies in the importance of the research objects and the innovativeness of the research ideas.In terms of research ideas,the core literacy is chosen as the guide.The shortcomings of the study are that this theoretical system has not been implemented in the teaching of primary school operations,the corresponding evaluation methods have not been formulated,and it cannot be directly applied to teaching evaluation.Later research can be supplemented and refined based on this,exploring how to apply it to primary school teaching,supplementing evaluation standards and methods,effectively evaluating students' computing literacy,and proposing teaching strategies for computing literacy based on this to help students improve their computing ability.
