In January 2015 issued by the people's government of Guangdong province to create a modern vocational education's opinions on comprehensive reform pilot provinces,determined to create "modern vocational education comprehensive reform pilot province" for the gripper,speed up the development of modern vocational education,so as to the transformation of economic development patterns and industrial transformation and upgrading to provide strong support.In leading the economic development under the background of the new normal is the "demographic dividend" into "talent dividend",The dissertation aims to study in depth the optimization strategies for the recruitment system of secondary vocational schools in Guangdong Province.The paper mainly uses the literature research method,interview method,and questionnair e method.On the basis of previous studies,the review concludes the current research progress in the employment system of secondary vocational colleges;at the same time,it gives some key concepts such as secondary vocational colleges,employment systems,and new public management theory that are closely related to the following research.And related theories;based on this,taking the vocational colleges in Nanhai,Foshan as an example to discuss the course and effectiveness of its employment system,in-depth analysis of its existing problems and causes in the employment system,and the traditional personnel management system.Alas,the lack of supporting reform measures has brought difficulties to the recruitment of personnel.On this basis,the paper proposes a countermeasure to further deepen the optimization of the employment system.First of all,the objectives of optimization should be clearly defined.Secondly,we must speed up the construction of relevant supporting reform systems,and strengthen the construction of supporting mechanisms for employment from the aspects of scientific position setting,quantitative performance appraisal,effective incentive mechanism,reasonable income distribution system,and security system,and establish the benign nature of scientific personnel.surroundings.
