As mentioned in the "twenty articles of vocational education",we should optimize the educational structure and take the development of secondary vocational education as an important basis for the construction of vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.The arrival of the era of artificial intelligence will lead to the acceleration of infrastructure upgrading,the further enhancement of human-computer cooperation,and the interconnection of industrial intelligence,all of which put forward new requirements for secondary vocational school personnel training.Whether the intervention of artificial intelligence has brought changes to secondary vocational education,how it will affect the secondary vocational schools,how teachers and students treat artificial intelligence need to be further explored.At present,there are few researches about the influence of AI on secondary vocational education,and most scholars put it in the category of vocational education.The relevant scholars analyze from the macro or micro theoretical level,but rarely combine the actual situation of colleges and universities to put forward countermeasures and suggestions,resulting in the lack of pertinence of countermeasures and suggestions.In addition,there is no relevant empirical research,leading to a lot of discussions on artificial intelligence and vocational education are neutral.How the secondary vocational schools cope with the arrival of the era of artificial intelligence and cultivate talents to adapt to the era of artificial intelligence,is the subject of the times.Taking Jiangxi D school as an example,this study selects all the students in three majors under the Ministry of mechanical and electrical as the research objects,and collects the current situation of talent cultivation in secondary vocational schools under the background of artificial intelligence.The results show that: in the background of artificial intelligence,the professional identity of students in Jiangxi D school is low,the career planning of students is not clear,the understanding of teachers and students on artificial intelligence is insufficient,the adjustment of talent training in school is few,the teaching equipment is updated quickly,the faculty strength needs to be strengthened,the school enterprise cooperation is only in the form,and the number of students' practice is very few.Based on the questionnaire and interview data,the author analyzes the factors that affect the current situation of talent training in the school,including: conservative professional content,poor cognitive expectations,rigid and inefficient governance structure,difficult to change school conditions,high training costs,less investment,dislocation of talent supply and demand.At last,the paper puts forward some suggestions on talent training in secondary vocational schools under the background of artificial intelligence.
