Trigonometric function plays an important role in the high school curriculum.About one third students surveyed revealed that the difficulty of trigonometric function is no relevant to their life and they are bored to learn it.While as a special trigonometric function,it occupies a decisive position in Math learning.Based on this,the thesis explored the changes of trigonometric function since new china was founded,This study used the method of literature inquiry,comparison and historical research,which aims to understand the content of trigonometric functions deeply and grasp the essence of trigonometric functions and impart them to students,and clarified the development of the textbook and trigonometric function in teaching.The following is the main content of the thesis.Firstly,based on the basic development and the important changes of the textbook of PEP edition from 1952 to 2007,this paper introduced the background of the changes of the textbooks during the 60 years,and illustrated the evolution process of trigonometric functions in the teaching syllabus.In addition,this thesis teased and analyzed the changes of trigonometric functions since new China was founded.With the change of60 years textbooks as the main line,the contents of each version of trigonometric function are summarized,and take an comparison the difference of trigonometric function in the textbook and find the historic gist.Take the time as a main line,compare the definition and the quality of trigonometric function in each period.It is found that the high school mathematics textbooks in China are becoming more and more concise in the content setting,more and more outstanding of the students' main position,and more attention is paid to the practical ability of the students.At last,analyzed the ulster factors of the changes of the trigonometricfunction's content so that we can clearly understand the characteristics of trigonometric functions.Some suggestions are put forward.It is hoped that the textbooks of our country can adapt to the students of different fields and different levels in content setting so that all of them can master knowledge and learn to use them.
