Studies On The Structure Of Postgraduate Education In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Postgraduate education plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating high quality and high level scholar.Postgraduate education in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has been developing rapidly since 1999,the scale of numbers,degree conferring institutions,degree authorization centers are all constantly expanding.But the structure of postgraduate education still can not fit the needs of the changes of industrial structure and economic situation.Taking the structure of postgraduate education in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research object,using the methods of literature summarizing,comparative research,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis and basing on degree of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,postgraduate education and present situation of industrial development,present economic development situation and relevant data,this paper puts forward suggestions like improve the quality of higher education,pay attention to the development of doctoral education and improve the types of subjects to adapt to the development of industrial structure on adjustment of graduate education structure in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region,by analyzing and comparing the present situation of postgraduate education structure,development trend and the factors like adaptation of postgraduate education to industrial development.
