The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region college teacher is the main carrier of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region University’s human capital, salary reflects the social status of teachers and the value of life in a certain extent. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region university teacher’s salary of teachers is the depth of concern, but also the core content of human resources management in Universities in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Salary distribution system is reasonable in design, establishment of salary distribution mechanism of science, has been the focus of the reform of the income distribution system of institutions of the autonomous region, and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is the focus and difficulty of reform of personnel system. Development of salary management mode of university teachers in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and change the paper trail of combing seriously, put forward the basic principle of the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region university salary management, focuses on the status quo of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region university salary management mode, to reveal the main problems, and then analysis, comparison of compensation management mode of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region University in the reform of the incentive effect at present, so as to explore the development direction of college teacher salary mode of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, provide a reference for the reform of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region higher education system and personnel system.At present, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region university teachers salary consists of basic salary, allowance and allowance of three parts of school. Proposed the following several distribution mode:market pricing model, option model, annual salary system, negotiation mode, broadband salary mode. In practice, can consider a variety of models, different people, different period, different colleges may adopt different compensation model.
