A Study For The Logic That Citizen Paticipate In The Public Opinion Online

Actual events dissemination via online is called online public opinion.Citizen are more positive in participating in the event which is involved i n social equality and mortality,via reprinting,commenting and debating.This paper is based on the specific behavior performance of citizen in the public opinion event,and explore the behavioral characteristics and the thking of logic.Finally we conclude the essence and influence of the behavior.By case study and text analysis method,we could make the conclusion clearly.For example,we study the case of homiciding and insulting mother in Shandong privence,and the text in the weibo.The stage could be divided in 3 stages,which are beginning stage,outbreaking stage and fluctuations by the study for the specific behavior of citizen in different stages.In the beginning stage,citizen participate in the event by intuition.In the outbreaking stage,the concentration and variance are obvious.The concentration is presented in the attitude of majority citizen,and the variance is shown in the different attitude of the minority citizen.In the fluctuating stage,the trend of the attitude in outbreaking stage can not be easily changed.The informations is urgent needed,so the fake informations usually are spreaded in this period.Based on the features in the citizen's behavior in the events,we analy the logic in this paper via Parsons' theory,and explain the analysis in the four perspectives such as the purpose,the behavioral body,the conditions,and the code of practice.Finally we suppose the essence of the public opinion event in which citizen paticipate is that a combat between the citizen and the social order.It was considered as "weapons of the weak" that citizen participate in the public opinion event online to express their appeals under protection.
