Studies On Fine Management Of Engineering Graduate Education Based On PDCA

The implementation of fine management to engineering graduate students is the inevitable result of entering a new normal along with the economic and social development in our country.In February 2016,the Ministry of Education issued the "Key Points of the Ministry of Education in 2016" and proposed "speeding up the construction of world-class universities and first-class disciplines." The construction of a world-class university naturally requires the support of a world-class management.It is an effective way for colleges and universities to implement fine management.In particular,higher education enters the stage of popularization and requires fine management than ever before to meet the needs of large-scale student education.This dissertation analyzes several popular management theories of domestic and overseas business circles through qualitative research methods.It also summarizes and analyzes the existing problems in current management of engineering graduate students by demonstrating a variety of built working models.The dissertation firstly introduces the current problems of engineering postgraduate education,such as the overload student enrollment for fine management,un-fine,incomplete and focus-deviated management contents,unclear management duties and the less-diversified and casual management methods with a result of the neglect of the consequent problems.Moreover,this dissertation analyzes the causes of these problems,such as the lack of m odern management philosophy,the lack of systematic guidance of methodology,the imperfect system construction,and the lack of continuous improvement driving power of university management.Thus,principles of designing fine management scheme are put forward in this dissertation,such as the highlight of culture nurture,full participation,quantification and feedback.Designing the fine management scheme is according to PDCA theory.Finally,the implementation effect is pointed out through comparison and evaluation of the effectiveness before and after the implementation of fine management,such as realizing the decoupling of the management level from the concrete manager,reducing the time cost of engineering graduate students and reducing the incidence o f errors.It is pointed out that the implementation of fine management is conducive to the integration of high-quality management resources,to the construction of a reasonable mode of personnel training and management,proving the necessity of implementing fine management in engineering postgraduate education.
