Research On Management Of Internship In Vocational Collegese Based On PDCA Cycle

Internship,which is a necessary factor in higher vocational education,and the most important way to improve practical skills and vocational abilities for higher vocational students,becomes more and more important.Although most of vocational colleges have positive attitudes,the effect of internship is unsatisfactory.The root cause is that most colleges haven't set up and implemented the management system of internship quality.Vocational colleges should make more efforts to explore better managerial approaches which can be used to improve the quality of internship.Based on the research results of PDCA cycle theory,this paper discusses the feasibility and effectiveness of using PDCA cycle theory in the quality management of students' internship quality in vocational colleges.The internship of professional students of automobile specialty in the WH Vocational College is taken as the implementation project under the guidance of PDCA cycle to build on the management system of internship quality in vocational colleges.The project is divided into four stages:plan-do-checking-action,and the small cycle of PDCA is implemented in each stage in the manner of "big ring sets of small ring,small environmental protection ring" to improve the quality of internship.In conclusion,PDCA cycle theory has a great effect on the improvement of the quality of internship.The paper analyzes the value of PDCA cycle theory from the theoretical analysis and the case analysis to demonstrate the value of PDCA cycle theory in the quality management of students in vocational colleges,which provides a feasible management system of internship quality based on PDCA cycle.This paper extends the application field of PDCA theory,provides experience for higher vocational colleges from the controllable factors to improve the quality of internship.
