Currently, with the sharp expansion on the scale of graduate education, the contradictions between the quantity and quality of cultivated graduate emerge gradually, "In the case of a fixed culture conditions, the growth of number is bound to lead to lower quality," so, many graduate cultivation institutes appeared the tension conditions of teacher, scientific research and life. Thus, the contradiction between the quantity and quality, highlighted with the growing size, has been concentrated on the "cultivation conditions". If we look into our graduate education in the international context, the weak education economic foundation of long time is particularly obvious, and there are also many problems in the concept of graduate education, education investment, quality of teachers, infrastructure and management efficiency.Based on the current status of the development of graduate education in China, and the practical needs of the rational allocation and effective use of teaching resources, as well as the new requirements of social, economic, technological, and cultural development to the quality of graduate education, this thesis analyzes the content of graduate education quality, defines the cultivation objectives of engineering graduate, illustrates the internal and external factors impacting the quality assurance of graduate education.In terms of the issue of engineering graduate educational quality guarantee, after the full introduction of evaluation model's four elements:evaluation methods, evaluation benchmark, evaluation norm, evaluation data, the paper uses the analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, expert scoring, successful evaluation method and other methods, combining the theories of project management's post evaluation and performance evaluation with the issue of graduate education quality effectively together. Through a lot of data analysis and determination, it establishes a set of evaluation model of engineering graduate education quality assurance system.Finally, based on a case study of the cultivation condition of a college's engineering major, the paper verifies and analyzes the accuracy and utility of established evaluation model of engineering graduate education quality assurance system.
