| The Outline of the National Plan for Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development has elaborated that fostering young talents shall command a central position in universities,and no effort shall be spared to produce high-caliber professionals and top-notch innovators with steadfast faith,moral integrity,rich knowledge,and superb abilities.With universities attaching greater importance to innovative education and carrying out more innovative projects,the quality and effects of those projects have also gained extensive attention.As a result,it proves great theoretical and realistic significance to employ the process management theory improve the quality of innovative projects of university students.The thesis takes the management of innovative programs of H university as the research object,takes the process management theory as its basis to design the overall management plan of H university’s innovative projects and has achieved expected results.During the research,this thesis analyzes the exiting process management system of innovative projects in H university.Then,it uses questionnaire to summarizes the main problems and their causes,which include the lack of publication,overemphasis on results,confusion of different responsibilities of different positions,student’s lack of resources and the indifference to information construction.Next,the principles of designing the process management system of innovative projects for students in H university are stated,and a four-step management model for the innovative projects,which includes beginning,planning,implementing and controlling,and ending is created and is incorporated into an overall management plan.At last,an index evaluation system is created to better evaluate the effects of the model,an information system for innovative program management is also designed and formulated to improve informatization,and other safeguard measures have been proposed to ensure the model runs smoothly which includes improving organization construction,valuing institutional guarantee system,enhancing material support,maintaining information security,facilitating personnel training and performance evaluation.Through in-depth research,the thesis has designed the management model for innovative projects of H university and has built the information system for innovative project management.The management plan has been proved effective and is worth further improving and promoting by using the index evaluation system to evaluate the test run of the system.Besides,this thesis can offer insights to talents cultivation and the improvement of innovative programs of other universities. |
