With the continuous development of information technology,because of the diversification of its communication channels,people can get the information they want in different ways.In the era of modernization and networking,accounting work also keeps pace with the times,responds to the call of the national informatization development strategy,and comprehensively promotes the informatization construction.Accounting informationization has become a trend.It improves the efficiency of inter-departmental communication,improves the quality of information decision-making,and promotes the strategic development of universities.The birth of business process reengineering(BPR)theory poses a great challenge to the traditional organization based on the theory of division of labor in Colleges and universities.At the same time,with the development of information technology,the means of scientific research funds management in Colleges and universities have changed fundamentally.This brings a rare opportunity to re-examine and design the management process of scientific research funds in Colleges and universities and to establish a new system of scientific research management.Firstly,this paper expounds the theory of business process reengineering,and analyses the theory,main contents,tools and methods of business process reengineering.Then,taking J University as an example,this paper reveals the current situation and problems in the management process of scientific research funds in J University,and explains the causes of these problems from the point of view of process,and puts forward the opportunities,principles and objectives of process reengineering.On this basis,the overall framework of the process reengineering of J University's scientific research funds management is constructed,and a systematic method of the reengineering of university's scientific research funds management is put forward.Finally,according to the requirements of the overall framework of the process reengineering of J University's scientific research funds management,this paper constructs a process-centered scientific research funds management system of J University based on the steps of business process description,business process analysis and diagnosis,and business process redesign,and combines the financial information integration platform,and carries out the guarantee mechanism in the process of the process reengineering of J University's scientific research funds management.Elaboration.In order to achieve smooth information transmission between departments,reasonable and effective allocation of resources,improve teachers and students and social satisfaction.Finally,the process-driven and customer-oriented reengineering of the budgetary management of university research funds and the most extensive service-oriented reimbursement process of scientific research funds are carried out.Compared with business process re-engineering,the application of BPR in universities is not perfect.This paper hopes to promote the development of scientific research work in Colleges and universities through the research on the process re-engineering of scientific research funds management in Colleges and universities.This paper takes the construction of university informatization as an opportunity,guided by the thought of management information system and process re-engineering,carries out process analysis and re-engineering for the management of scientific research funds in J University.It holds that the construction of financial informatization platform has positive significance for the process of university financial management,and expects to provide constructive suggestions for the establishment and improvement of university financial management system in China and effectively promote it.The healthy development of financial informatization in Colleges and universities.
