The Relationship Between Work-Family Balance And Middle School Teachers' Creativity:The Mediating Effect Of Work Flexibility

Creativity is a classic topic of psychological study.High school teenagers thinking and personality are in rapid development stage,the school education has a great influence on them,teachers' creativity and the cultivation of students' creativity has a direct relationship,so it is necessary to study middle school teachers' creativity.Nowadays,a new round of curriculum reform in our country great impacts on schools and teachers,parents to their children's education pay more attention to,all of these factors make the teachers group face more pressure and challenges.Pressure at work may make teachers to invest more in the work,to some extent,affected the high school teacher's a balance between work and family.This study has carried on the questionnaire survey of 300 middle school teachers,aims to explore middle school teachers' work-family balance effect on the creativity,and reveal work flexibility at work-family balance on the function of the influence of creativity.This study guided by the resources conservation theory established the theoretical model,and then used SPSS statistics software for data analysis,including t test,reliability and validity,correlation analysis,regression analysis,etc.Therefore,this study the following conclusions:(1)Demographic variables has different degrees of influence on middle school teachers' work-family balance,work flexibility and creativity.(2)Middle school teachers' work-family balance,work flexibility and creativity all were significantly positively related.(3)Middle school teachers' work-family balance,work flexibility and creativity have significant predict effect.Work-family balance has significant positive prediction function on creativity;Work-family balance has significant positive prediction function on work flexibility;Work flexibility has a significant positive prediction function on creativity.(4)Work flexibility plays the moderating role of work-family balance influence on middle school teachers' creativity.Work flexibility's three dimensions--job autonomy,Sharing the working atmosphere,flexibility willingness--play the reverse moderating role of family promotion work influence on middle school teachers' creativity.
