After China's reform and opening up,the government has implemented a gender equality policy.According to the World Bank database,by 2016,more than half of women in China had joined the work force.For the continuous popularization of education in our country and the influence of marketization,knowledge,diversification and globalization,talent competition has become the focus of competition among enterprises,especially knowledge women.It is playing an increasingly important role in contemporary society.For knowledge women,they face unprecedented development opportunities as well as the imbalance between work and family.For enterprises,in order to achieve profitability and improve their competitiveness,job performance is an important cornerstone.The balance between the work and family of educated women affects job performance.On the basis of searching and analyzing the existing literature,it is concluded that work-family balance can be divided into two independent variables:work-family conflict,work-family promotion,and psychological capital as intermediary variable.This paper studies the intermediary mechanism between work-family balance and work performance,and puts forward a theoretical model of work-family balance and work performance and carries out an empirical study.Using the existing and mature scales,the questionnaires were randomly distributed to the survey subjects.Finally,the collected questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS statistical software and the hypothesis was verified.The results are as follows:The empirical results show that:work-family conflict has no negative impact on job performance,work-family promotion has positive impact on job performance,psychological capital has no partial intermediary role between work-family conflict and job performance;confidence has no partial intermediary role between work-family conflict and job performance,optimism has no partial intermediary role between work-family conflict and job performance,perseverance has no partial intermediary role between work-family conflict and job performance,hope has no partial intermediary role between work-family conflict and job performance;psychological capital has partial intermediary role between work-family promotion and job performance,confidence has partial intermediary role between work-family promotion and job performance,optimism has partial intermediary role between work-family promotion and job performance,perseverance has partial intermediary role between work-family promotion and work performance,and hope has partial intermediary role between work-family promotion and work performance.Based on the results of the study,it-can be found that:Knowledge-based women in small and medium-sized private logistics enterprises,in the face of the pressure of competition,busy work and other work characteristics,must ensure the performance of work in order to develop in enterprises.So in the results of this paper,we can find that although work-family conflict has a negative impact on job performance,it is not significant.It shows that knowledge women in small and medium-sized private logistics enterprises will not affect work performance because of the conflict between work and family.There is a positive correlation between work and family promotion on job performance,and it is significant.It shows that if managers take effective measures to increase the promotion of employees' work and family,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees from the perspective of psychological capital,the efficiency of employees can be improved.
