Intangible cultural heritage is the excellent culture of accumulation that human create for thousands of years,is the precious culture wealth of human.Since the 21 st century,the United Nations educational,scientific and cultural organization developed a series of plans and measures to protect intangible cultural heritage and issued the convention on the protection of intangible cultural heritage in October 2003,protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage had become a consensus of all mankind.At present China had announced the fourth batch of national Intangible cultural heritage list,six wushu contentin were included in the first batch of Intangible cultural heritage list.In the second batch of Intangible cultural heritage list fourteen wushu content were added,GuanXian's Cha Quan in Shandong among them.Cha Quan as an excellent traditional Chinese martial art,both from external boxing routines,or the inner cultural information,are extremely distinct national characteristics and cultural characteristics,has become a hidden symbol in the hui national culture.QinYang' Cha Quan in Henan as an excellent traditional Chinese martial arts in the local and national character,is actively declaring QinYang city-level Intangible cultural heritage list,the municipal party committee led by vigorously.QinYang' Cha Quan both has the characteristics and value of the intangible cultural heritage,at the same time,its inheritance and development as well as a microcosm of the regional wushu development.However,the study of Cha Quan isn`t the main research object of humanities scholars,sports and martial people participate in more in the current study,and they attention to explore Cha Quan origin and external appearance description and technical analysis too much,and are lack of the understand in Cha Quan cultural inheritance mechanism and laws,and the analysis and interpretation in the concept of national emotional.Therefore,this thesis tries to use the theory of intangible cultural heritage in a completely new perspective,QinYang' Cha Quan in Henan as the research object,through field investigation and deep interview,and reference memories theory of Wang Mingke,Halbwachs Maurice,and combine the experience of self-study in the traditional martial arts,explore the cultural significance social function of Cha Quan behind,in order to provide some new ideas and discusses the way for the research on the traditional martial arts.The main body of the thesis is analyzed and discussed from four aspects.First of all,by discussing the origin of Cha Quan and the dispute of the Cha Quan founder,Cha Quan is introduced to the historical level;Secondly,from the collection of the literature and the interviews and oral narration of some local hui old pugilists,the origin and inheritance of QinYang' Cha Quan are teased and analyzed;The third,through the experience of self-study,collecting oral information,and processing analysis of date,and sorting out the present situation of QinYang' Cha Quan.At the same time,carrying out fieldwork and the empirical research about different inheritance form,different inheritance carrier,different cultural phenomenon and groups,different in QinYang' Cha Quan's inheritance,to summarize the facing problems in the inheritance of QinYang' Cha Quan.Finally,combining the current research of Intangible cultural heritage and the status of QinYang' Cha Quan inheritance,this thesis attempts to analyze the deep-rooted causes and consequences of QinYang' Cha Quan inheritance.Basing on the review of the theory and practice of QinYang' Cha Quan inheritance,condensing the theory and summarizing and drawing lessons,puting forward some suggestions to improve the inheritance of QinYang' Cha Quan.
