Intangible cultural heritage is an important gene of national history and culture,and its preservation and protection is an inherent need of the times.However,in the context of globalization and modernization,the effect of non-hereditary inheritance is not ideal.Under this inheritance dilemma,the school inheritance of Hong shi zhai gong quan can continue to advance and mature,which must be a research model for other intangible heritage school inheritance and has important research value and inspirational effect.Therefore,this paper takes the way of Hong shi zhai gong quan inheritance in schools as the research object,and uses the relevant knowledge of sociology,folklore,and physical education,and combines it with the theory of cultural memory to investigate the operation of the school transmission way at the practical level and analyze it at the theoretical level.The study will clarify the formation of multiple subjects of school inheritance,their promotion methods and results,and provide a deep cultural interpretation of this inheritance method.In this way,we reveal the mechanism of the transformation of the school inheritance method from a single subject to multiple subjects,improve people’s understanding of the school inheritance method of multiple subjects,and provide new ideas and methods for the inheritance and development of other Intangible Cultural Heritage in the future.The results of the study are as follows.The results of the study are as follows:(1)The school inheritance method that presents the synergy of multiple subjects.The traditional inheritance of Hong shi zhai gong quan is limited to a single linear structure,but with the awakening of the awareness of the protection of NRM,the inheritors have taken the initiative to lead the formation of a multi-subject structure of school inheritance.These inheritance groups act as the internal driving force of inheritance,and under the action of external forces constituted by the government,schools,and communities,a multifaceted synergy is generated from the outside to the inside,forming a school inheritance structure that is jointly promoted.(2)Explore the operation of a collaborative heritage approach of multiple subjects.Multiple subjects work together to promote the "popularization" and "specialization" of the school heritage.The physical education teachers,together with the external teachers,carry out introductory learning and experience of Hong shi zhai gong quan for the whole school,aiming at popularization;the external teachers mainly carry out in-depth experience and inheritance of Hong shi zhai gong quan for some students,aiming at specialization.In addition,the school also cooperates to build a unique school-based curriculum,forming a trinity of teaching activities + extracurricular activities + competition activities.(3)The results of the collaborative approach to heritage of multiple subjects.The school heritage has achieved various results under the division of labor and cooperation of multiple subjects.Compared with the traditional teacher-apprentice transmission,the school transmission has expanded the transmission area,improved the efficiency of the transmission,and greatly increased the impact of the transmission,which further proves the role of the pluralistic and collaborative transmission approach.Thus,this transmission method can be used and discussed as a transmission paradigm.(4)The cultural value of the collaborative inheritance method of multiple subjects.First,the school inheritance method breaks the original single structure,and multiple inheritance subjects realize memory reconstruction and form group memory by shaping cultural identity,highlighting cultural meaning,and forming cultural confidence.In turn,the auxiliary subjects create a cultural memory space,so that the inheritance group divides the work in the school to produce the spreading of the memory surface.From the vertical point of view,the group plays the memory function to advance the transmission of Hong shi zhai gong quan from generation to generation;from the horizontal point of view,the group memory further amplifies the moral wisdom and spiritual food of Hong shi zhai gong quan.
