Analysis And Evaluation Model Of Impact Factors Of Cyber-terrorism Activities Based On Netizens' Behavior

The impact of cyber-terrorism activities has been further strengthened with the development of Internet technology.Terrorism has used cyberspace as another battlefield for them to carry out terrorist activities.In addition,the scale of netizens has been further expanded,and access to and dissemination of online information by netizens has become more abundant.The impact of netizens' behaviors on cyber-terrorism activities cannot be ignored.The netizens' behaviors are not only the objects that cyber-terrorism has focused on and utilized,but also have become an important part of the cyber anti-terrorism.Cyber-terrorism activities are closely related to the model of behaviors.Only netizens' participation and dissemination can form cyber-terrorism activities.Netizens' irrational emotions and behaviors will make cyber activities further evolve,while sensible network behaviors will control the development of activities.Studying netizens' behaviors helps build a behavior model of netizens in dealing with cyber-terrorism activities,and thus getting the impact factors of cyber-terrorism activities based on netizens to provide a theoretical basis for further research on the guidance and control of cyber-terrorism opinions.In practical applications,by using the model of netizens,it is feasible to analyze the netizens' behaviors,predict the trend of cyber activities,analyze whether the activities need urgent handling and vigorous guidance,and provide reference value for the actual cyber anti-terrorism work decision-making when specific cyber-terrorism activities happen.Under the current background of utilizing cyber anti-terrorism,making use of cyber technologies and big data technologies to crack down on terrorist organizations has become an important means for cyber anti-terrorism.However,there have not been deep studies on netizens' behaviors involved in cyber-terrorism activities and the impact of netizens on cyber-terrorism activities.This article attempted to find out the risk factors of netizens related to cyber-terrorism activities and built a situational response model of cyber-terrorism activities based on these risk factors.The previous research focused on the study of cyber-terrorism activities and the netizens' behaviors,combined with the development of cyber communication theories;in the mid-term,the relationship between netizens' behaviors factors and cyber-terrorism activities was found,and the combination of entropy method,analytic hierarchy process,and questionnaires resulted in the impact factors model of cyber-terrorism activities based on netizens' behaviors;in the later period,this study through the Internet behavior model to study the factors of cyber-terrorism activities to build a prototype knowledge base of cyber-terrorism activities.Activity risk was quantified by rule-based reasoning based on impact factors.Case-based reasoning was used to provide solution references for solving activities and model construction was achieved.By the model analysis results and the actual processing solutions of the two typesof actual cases,it can be concluded that the availability of the model in this study is relatively high,basically consistent with the actual situation,and has a higher utilization value.
