Integrated practical activity curriculum is on the historical stage with the tide of new curriculum reform.it has been more than ten years.as a compulsory course of the basic education stage in our country,the comprehensive practice activity curriculum plays an important role in optimizing the structure of middle school curriculum and cultivating students' practical innovation ability.But there's little doubt that,with the further development of curriculum implementation,The problems such as low professional level and insufficient guidance ability of the comprehensive practical activity curriculum teachers in middle schools are becoming more and more prominent,which seriously affecting the quality of the curriculum implementation and effect.The research on professional development problems of middle school comprehensive practice curriculum teachers has great significance on optimizing curriculum implementation,training students' quality and ability as well as the teachers' development and progress.Under the guidance of relevant theories,this study used literature method,questionnaire investigation,observation method and case analysis method,investigated and analyzed the current situation of professional development of curriculum teachers in middle schools in China,teased the existing problems,and targeted suggestions for improvement are put forward.The thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which analyzed the literature on the professional development of comprehensive practice courses at home and abroad,and cleared research method and the related theoretical basis.The second part is an overview of the comprehensive practice course.This part introduces the development course,characteristics,implementation principles of the integrated practice curriculum,and course requirements for teacher's professional development.It lays a foundation for the professional development research of the curriculum teachers of comprehensive practice activities in middle schools.The third part is the present situation of the professional development of the curriculum teachers in Middle school.There is a general understanding of the professional development of the curriculum teachers of comprehensive practice in middle schools in China.This part analyzes the problems of teachers' professional affection,professional knowledge and professional competence.The fourth part is attribution analysis.This part analyzes the causes of teachers' professional development in the curriculum of comprehensive practical activities in middle schools from the aspects of teachers themselves,schools,students and society.That will provide some basis for improving the strategy.The fifth part is to promote the curriculum teacher professional development strategy for the comprehensive practice of middle school.Teachers should pay attention to their own efforts and study.The school should strengthen the support of teachers of comprehensive practice activities and create a good professional development environment.Students should change their learning styles and actively cooperate with teachers.Students' parents and social institutions should work together to improve the professional level of teachers based on understanding and help.
