Integrated Practical Activity Curriculum is an important measure in the new curriculumreform. It has significant innovation and breakthroughs in respect of the curriculum idea,curriculum implementation, curriculum content, curriculum management and evaluation. Newreform has past more than ten years since2001, the result of reform was influenced by theimplementation of Integrated Practical Activity Curriculum directly. The regional schools arecombined with its own characteristics in the process of the teaching implementation to makethe long-term exploration, so they have lots of valuable experiences in the past years. Butmany problems arise in the process of Integrated Practical Activity Curriculum teaching, someof those problems have been impeded the normal implement of Integrated Practical ActivityCurriculum badly.This paper is divided into four parts: The first part is mainly about the vision,implementation process and effect of Integrated Practical Activity Curriculum in the contextof the new curriculum. Based on this and consulting relevant data, the second part takesDalian for example, in order to further understand the status of the Integrated PracticalActivity Curriculum teaching in primary. The respondents include primary school leadership,school teachers, students and parents. By questionnaire and interview, a survey has been madeon the current situation of implementing the curriculum of integrated practice activity. Thethird part by analyzing current situation and relevant data, learning about Integrated PracticalActivity Curriculum has been carried out widely in primary school of Dalian. But there existssome problems such as the curriculum objective is unworkable, teachers’ professional qualityis substandard, curriculum resource is underdevelopment and regional exchange is rare. Thelast part sums up the main problems of the Integrated Practical Activity Curriculum teachingand comes up with some strategies to solve these problems, in hope of providing somereferences to Integrated Practical Activity Curriculum about its implementation.
