In June 2001,the Ministry of Education of officially issued The Outline for Basic Education Curriculum Reform and commenced the new round curriculum reform. In this curriculum reform, there are multitude of sections need to reform, and lots of complicated contradiction in the key points of curriculum reform are mainly located on two aspects: the regularization of curriculum structure and readjustment of manage power. The Integrated Practical Activity is just the concentrated representation of the two aspects. Integration Practical Activity is the production of curriculum structure adjustment. The differences between our subject curriculum and the Integration Practical Activity are huge, such as the ideology, objects, content, assessment and management. It is symbolized as a kind of integrated, practical, creative, self-controlled and open-ended curriculum. It puts much value on students practice, and emphasizes students feelings. It is supposed that students creating and practical ability can grow up much quickly during the problem-solving course. All of these show the new educational ideas and indicates the new trend of curriculum development. The Outline for Basic Education Curriculum Reform points out clearly that: adopts the pattern of three-level management, that is nation, local and school, three levels. It meants that the central goverment make the general plan of integrated practice, local places, carry out the management and guide, school put the exploration and performance into effect.Many matters appeared in the practicing effect, such as the formation lf curriculum development, etc. One thing that can no be ignored is that the problems indicate the different opinions on some theories. And the way we deal with it can influence realization of curriculum's value.Based on the methods of documentation and investigation, etc. The writer has seriously been studying the problems in the practice, thinking hardly and trying to find some solving strategies to solve it by integrating the theory and practice, so as to give some useful suggestion on the design and complement of the curriculum.
