Research On Women's Vocational Guidance During The Period Of Republic Of China

During the period of the Republic of China,the rise of women's Liberation Movement prompted the change of women's professional status,which led to the issue of women's career guidance.As a part of women's vocational education,women's career guidance plays an important role on the development of vocational education during the period of the Republic of china.Since the beginning of Chinese women's movement,occupation has been regarded as the foundation of women's liberation and independence.During the development of women's vocational education in the period of the Republic of China,women's vocational guidance was also developing.This paper uses the methods of comparative research and historical research,starting from the period of the Republic of China Women's occupation guidance,tracing its history and stage of development,and the period of the Republic of China Women's development and society,and women's vocational guidance course.A thorough theoretical interpretation and rational analysis of the development of women's career guidance during the period of the Republic of China will help to further enrich the history of women's education,and the study of career guidance,and the modernization of education.This paper consists of six parts: introduction and five main parts.The introduction includes the research during the period of the Republic of historical and realistic significance of women's vocational guidance,the results of present study research and analysis of its shortcomings,and expounds the significance of this thesis,research methods and innovations.The text is divided into five parts,the first part is an overview of women's occupation guidance in the Republic of China,including the theoretical basis of women's occupation guidance,research object and purpose,the emergence and development of the historical stage;The second part is the development of women and women's occupation guidance,including the meaning,characteristics and laws of women's development,influence the development of women's occupation factors,and the important role to guide the development of women occupation;The third part is the women's occupation guidance and social development of the Republic of China,covering women's occupation guidance of social constraints,women's occupation guiding the social functions and relative independence;The fourth part is the course of women's occupation guidance in the Republic of China,covering the curriculum design and curriculum reform;The fifth part is the evaluation and reflection on the guiding ideology of women's occupation of the Republic of China,and gain significance.
