During the period of the Republic of China,with the great help of the Republican Government and active practice of HuNan Authority, Women's professional education of ChangSha,came out on top in the whole country.Compared with other provinces,although it started late,it possessed its own feature of rapid development,perfect system,vivid quality,splendid achievement.Therefore,from the viewpoint of history and education,we conduct overall explanation and observation on its development state during this period,which gives us a better understanding of modern educational development of HuNan province,as well as provides beneficial reference for present professional education of HuNan province.The thesis will fall into five parts:The first part:it traces back to developing root of Women's professional education during the period of the Republic of China,analysis its producing reason.The second part:it deliberates on its concrete practice and conducts an analysis and a summary on development state of its all stages.The third part:it combines comprehensive and specific research and takes private Women's professional school named YinChu as example,conducting an analysis of its concrete contents such as:the purpose of establishing college,the setting up of its discipline,the organization of its management,the engagement of teachers,the internship of teaching.The fourth part:it gives a further analysis to quality of Women's professional education of ChangSha.The fifth part:with the comprehensive application of sociology,it probes into enlightenment on present professional reform and development.
