Study On China's Discourse Right Acquisition Approach In International Student Sports Federations

Olympic Winter Games in PyeongChang,Korea aroused heated discussion regarding discourse right of China in international sports federations.Reviewing sports diplomacy development process after the foundation of People's Republic of China,the delayed comprehensive participation in international sports exchanges,and the lack of talent transportation to international sports federations are reasons leading to the inappropriate situation between China's discourse right in international sports federations and China's international sports status.Nevertheless,China has entered core leadership and acquired discourse right in international student sports federations.Taking China School Sports Federation(CSSF)and Federation of University Sports of China(FUSC)as research object,adopting methods of literature consultation,expert interview and logical analysis,this thesis summarizes China's discourse right acquisition in International University Sports Federation(FISU),International School Sport Federation(ISF),Asian University Sports Federation(AUSF),Asian School Sport Federation(ASSF)and Asian Schools Football Federation(ASFF),aiming to provide reference to international organization affiliation,competent international organization talent cultivation and discourse right improvement of other federations.Discourse right acquisition approach in international student sports federation can be summed up as follows.Participating in international student federations' event,obtaining excellent result,organizing international student federations' event,establishing friendly partnership,connecting to routine work of international student federations,cultivating leadership and involving into rulemaking of international student federations.Among which,participating in international student federations' event is the premise of discourse right acquisition.Obtaining excellent result is the support of discourse right acquisition.Organizing international student federations' event is the basis of discourse right acquisition.Establishing friendly partnership is the guarantee of discourse right acquisition.Connecting to routine work of international student federations is the approach of discourse right acquisition.Cultivating leadership of international student federations is the key of discourse right acquisition.Involving into rulemaking of international student federations is the essential of discourse right acquisition.
