Research On The Strategy Of Improving The Sports International Discourse Power Of China From The Perspective Of Constructivism Theory Of International Relations

With the change of the international social environment,the importance of military power,which used to occupy the dominant position in international relations,has gradually declined.The actors in the international community are more inclined to express their positions,safeguard national interests,and compete for the international discourse power as a new commanding point of international strategic competition through dialogue and negotiation.For a long time,China has been suffering from the slander and suppression of the western countries headed by the United States.In the profound lesson of the suppression of the western powerful discourse power,we realize that the lack of international discourse power has become a constraint to national development.Based on this,President Xi Jinping put forward in his speech: "we must strive to improve the international discourse power." The international discourse power of sports is an integral part of the international discourse power,and it is also one of the criteria for judging the strength of national influence in the field of international sports.Over the years,China's sports strength has developed rapidly,but the right to speak has not been promoted to a certain extent,which restricts the future development of the country.Based on this,in order to improve the weak position of China 's sports international discourse power and enhance China' s sports international discourse power.Applying the epistemology of constructivism theory of international relations,the relationship between national sports strength and international discourse power of sports does not form a causal relationship,which belongs to the relationship of construction,and the influence of concept factors should be considered.In addition to the accumulation of hard power,China should also strengthen the construction of the concept level.Under the guidance of this thought,this study first defines the concept of international discourse power of sports.Based on the analysis of various elements in the power structure of international discourse power by scholars,the international discourse power of sports is divided into four parts: international discourse power of sports system,international discourse power of sports media,international discourse power of sports academic and international discourse power of sports culture This part explains the connotation of each part separately,analyzes the problems existing in the strength level and the concept level,and puts forward the promotion strategy according to the existing problems.
