Social work practice is an important step in social work education,past researches mostly see things from the educators' perspective to evaluate the problems of social work practice,lacking the process and subjective perspectives.So,my research stands on the perspective of practice subjects,explores the social work students' real experiences during their practices,enriching the existing research perspective.Meanwhile,this paper attempts to demonstrate the emotional experiences of social work undergraduates before the internship,the interactions with environment during the tasks and the reflections on issues from the actual feelings and experiences of the internship subjects,combined and communicated Dilthey,Merleau-Ponty and Dewey's different aspects of definition on experience,verified and answered the non-stationary,procedural,interactive,passive and reflective features of experience,so as to sum up the three models and their impact on professional identity and employment willingness of social work undergraduate graduation internship experience,providing authentic materials and suggestions to improve social work practice education and to solve the problems of low job suited rate and high outflow of talents.This research takes social work undergraduate students from H university as main research subjects,draws lessons from the pedagogical research method of Fan Mei-nan's life experience research,respects the individual difference,directly confronts the social work undergraduate students' feelings and experiences in the entire internship process,uses the participatory observation,the in-depth interview and the second-hand material analysis method,obtained the following three models in social work undergraduate practice experience:(1)The paddling experience which have no expectation before the internship,responds negatively to the internship,and only seeks to smoothly pass the internship.This paper analyzes the root reason of anonymize resistance of the internship system based on the youth subculture theory.Stems from this point is the key to discovering and improving the problems of internship system.In addition,deciding not to take part in social work-related occupations in the future and discovering differences between real and expected experience in social work are also factors in forming this model.(2)The satisfactory experience which have full of expectation before the practice,successfully solving internship problems and gain the experience of achievement.The reason for the formation of this model is that such students have a clear understanding of the role that social work can play at this stage,and the difficulties they encounter in the internship are mostly technical-type individual problems that can be solved by their supervisors or instructors.(3)The liberating experience which have full of expectations before the internship but could not solve the internship problem smoothly and hoping to end the internship experience as soon as possible.The main reason for the formation of this model is that this type of students mostly face unsolvable environmental dilemma,which mainly includes the unprofessionalism of the internship facilities they are in,the overcomplicated interpersonal relationship and the assignment of too much administrative work to the interns.Different internship experience models have a positive or negative impact on professional identity and employment intention.Among the two,the impact of the internship experience on professional identity is direct,but the impact on the employment intention is not absolute.Student's willingness to work will also be affected by the personal character and the staging problems of social work development.Based on the above conclusions,this study analyzes in detail the problems of internship facilities and the unreasonable aspects of internship system from the perspective of students,gives strategic behavior suggestions of preventing unhealthy emotional experience before the internship,increasing screening efforts of facilities,defining the amount and nature of internship facilities' administrative matters and treating students' negative coping of internships rationally in order to improve social work practice education and increase students'professional identity.
