| As a practice subject, the ultimate goal of social work education is to cultivate practical talents to meet the needs of social development, so as to promote the development of the social work professionalism. It is because of its emphasis on the practice of professional social work, it’s different from other subjects in education, practice education become the focus and difficulty in social work discipline construction.On the one hand, the social work in China has a late start, and in social work education especially the intern development education,it is not perfect. Although in recent years, social work education has been attached great importance to and vigorously develop, but there are still many problems existing in the practice of education, many universities can only provide students with a mere formality in the social practice, not only the lack of substantive content training institutions, but also the professional is not strong, and the problem of school and institutional supervision problems is very prominent. On the other hand, as the early birthplace of China social work, the development of social work in Hong Kong has been more than 50 years, the professional services, the professionalization of social work, social work education and training has been developed quite perfect.This paper is based on the Chinese social work students who do professional learning and practice in Hong Kong, and then give a detailed describe of the practice mode and content of mainland students in Hong Kong, including the practice preparation, implementation, and evaluation of the end stage, and the paper will also compare the differences between Hong Kong and the mainland in social work practice, and the reasons of the differences will also be discussed.And on this basis, combined with the actual situation in the mainland, the paper will explore the professional social work practice model in the mainland, and it will also analyse the various conditions of this mode in feasibility. |
