Since the issuance of Law for Promotion of Non-governmental Education,the national non-governmental education cause has enjoyed new development.Nowadays,the non-governmental education pattern has taken initial shape.Since the Draft Amendment of Law for Promotion of Non-governmental Education(the Third Draft)passed in November 2016,the non-governmental education has got the favor of capital market,which has accelerated the investment of industrial capital in the education market,expanded the broader space for the development of non-governmental education and also provided a more complete legal basis for assets securitization of non-governmental education.First of all,we analyze the development situation of non-governmental education in our country,financing type of non-governmental education enterprises,advantages of education asset securitization,obstacles and risks that may be encountered in the process of asset securitization,and key points of audit of education asset securitization.Secondly,we conduct a deep analysis towards the internal and external drivers,risks,specific operation processes and other implementation effects through studying asset securitization cases of tuition trust beneficiary right of A Century International School.Again,on the basis of the above analysis,we analyze the financing feasibility of non-governmental education industry through the asset securitization,and put forward the corresponding suggestions.Finally,we have a summary and outlook of this paper.In this paper,we focus on the first case analysis of asset securitization of tuition trust beneficiary right of non-governmental education,analyze the advantages,key points of audit of education asset securitization and evaluate the influence of education asset securitization on enterprises in terms of implementation incentive,risks and effects based on the theory of asset securitization,combined with the actual situation of the case itself,according to current situation of the development of non-governmental education in our country,so as to apply the asset securitization to the development strategy of Chinese non-governmental education and make it an effective channel for non-governmental education industry to obtain fund and reduce the financing cost.
