Central comprehensively deepen reform leading group ninth meeting examined and approved the?overall scheme of reform of Chinese basketball?,the plan put forward the revitalization of basketball is an important content of sports country to sports power,to promote China's basketball industry sustained,healthy and stable development,encourage capital investment,reforming the income distribution system,through the capital market of the basketball club at the same time,also increased the sports venues from hardware.The financing channels of the extension to ensure the normal basketball club "blood" function,so that the club get rid of the dependence on the local government and enterprise,from another aspect,it also reduces the interference of the government and enterprises in club management,which fundamentally guarantee the independence of the club.Therefore,the core of this paper is to verify the feasibility of the asset securitization financing of the basketball club and the benefit tradeoff.Therefore,the author learn from both Europe and the United States basketball club success financing way,combined with the current situation of basketball clubs in China,demonstrates the feasibility of asset securitization model with Chinese characteristics,analyzes the basketball club in what assets for securitization,bold ideas will club "in the future named sponsor income" and "rights to future earnings" asset securitization,the current cash flow.This article innovation lies in the idea of traditional sports financing,design a club "future earnings" into "the current cash flow",improve the financing structure of Chinese basketball club,to promote the sustained,stable and healthy development.
