| Bayi Men's Basketball Team is the traditional strong team in CBA league.It is the only team without foreign aid in CBA league.It has won the League eight championships by virtue of its superior selection and strong youth system.It has cultivated a large number of outstanding national players and made positive contributions to the development and improvement of China's basketball cause.But in recent seasons,the men's basketball team has a poor record,always at the end of the league,the offensive and defensive strength needs to be improved.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,rank sum ratio comprehensive evaluation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper makes a systematic comparative analysis of the offensive and defensive data of the August 1 men's basketball team and its opponents in the 2016-2018 season,and accurately locates the team's level in the league,so as to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the team at both ends of attack and defense.Foot,clarify the team's future training direction and ideas,promote the overall improvement of its offensive and defensive strength,help the team out of the predicament,in the future CBA League to achieve better results.Through research,the following basic conclusions are drawn:1.At the offensive end,the average score of Bayi men's basketball team is the lowest,both inside and outside the line hit rate and free throw shooting rate are relatively weak,the sense of assists is not strong,the lack of assists particularly strong players,the ability to snatch offensive rebounds is weak,but with the rapid growth of young players,the number of offensive mistakes has been significantly reduced.2.On the defensive side,the team's defensive changes and execution are better,stealing ability is weak,offensive defensive ability is insufficient;the backcourt rebound problem is not solved properly,the defensive side of the rebound protection is very poor;the overall ability to block strong,fouls in the middle level,but more conventional fouls,less tactical fouls.3.From the comprehensive evaluation of offensive and defensive capabilities,in 2016-2018 season,the team's offensive RSR values are the last,grade E,D,is the weakest offensive team in the league,offensive technology is completely backward;the team's defensive RSR value ranks 13 th,8th,are C,defensive strength has improved;The R value is nineteenth and 17,all C level,and the attack and defense capability has increased slightly.4.The offensive and defensive ability of Bayi Men's Basketball Team is restricted by many factors,one is the system factor,the other is the injury and sickness,the third is that the young players generally have some technical shortcomings,the fourth is the weak psychological quality.5.The countermeasures to improve the offensive and defensive ability of Bayi Men's Basketball Team should improve the scientific degree of training to prevent injuries,attach importance to and strengthen basic skills training,and effectively improve the psychological quality of players. |
