Research On The Spirit Of Workmanship Merge Into The Ideological And Political Education Of Higher Vocational College

In 2016,2017 and 2018,for three consecutive years in the government work report,Premier Li Keqiang separately raised the request that,“We will also encourage enterprises to use flexible and custom-tailored production processes and foster a craftsmanship spirit of striving for the best”,“We will promote workmanship and foster a culture of workmanship”,“encourage the spirit of workmanship,and ignite a revolution in the quality of Chinese-made goods”.In the report at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping stressed that we should foster respect for model workers,promote quality workmanship.Higher vocational schools,as important positions for cultivating skilled talents,are responsible for cultivating high-quality workers with the craftsman spirit for the new era of socialism.In the face of the current ideological and political education of craftsmen in the current vocational education,the problems of unclear positioning,single methods,insufficient incentive mechanisms,insufficient teacher resources,and ineffective results,the state,enterprises,schools,etc.need to work together to fulfill their responsibilities.Effectively,the craftsman spirit has achieved practical results in ideological and political education in higher vocational schools.This paper mainly uses literature research method,comparative research method and systematic analysis method to explore the spirit of artisan training measures,divided into three main parts.The first part of this article focused on analyzes the concept of artisan spirit and ideological and political education in higher vocational education and related elements,which establishes the concept definition for the dissertation research,Then analyzed the feasibility from both the value and the basis that the Spirit of Artisan merge into the Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Education.The second part summarized the current situation that the artisan spirit is integrated into the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges through the achievements and shortcoming,then from the-environments such as economy,society,and micro-environments such as schools and enterprises to the difficulty of cultivating the spirit of workmanship,in order to analyze the causes.The third part,based on the above exploration,Put forward suggestions on the measures of the state,enterprises,schools,ideological and political education subjects.
