Research On The Integration Of The Spirit Craftsman Into Higher Vocational College Students Ideological And Political Education

In March 5,2016,Premier Li Keqiang put forward in his “government work report” that we should cultivate craftsman spirit of excellence.The word “craftsman spirit” first appeared and returned to the public vision again,became the focus of social hot discussion.Premier Li Keqiang pointed out “teachers should not only impart professional ways,but also impart artisans” when inspecting Tianjin University of Technology and Education.Vocational and technical college,as a school for cultivating the people who are of high-quality and technical skills,the cultivation of craftsman talents is one of its important educational purposes.It bears the compelling obligation and important historical mission in the cultivation and inheritance of the craftsman's spirit.Based on the spirit of the craftsman raised by Premier Li Keqiang,this study takes the higher vocational college students as the research subjects and uses the interview and questionnaire in line with the facts to inspect the quality of the artisan education of the vocational college students,so as to further explore the path of ideological and political education to cultivate vocational college students' craftsman spirit.It is believed that the spirit of craftsman is closely related to the ideological and political education of vocational colleges.Firstly,the role of higher vocational college students resembles the craftsman talents: specialization,profession and technique are their common features.Secondly,cultivating craftsman is an important purpose of higher vocational education and higher vocational college students are its main subjects.Thirdly,the connotations of the spirit of the craftsman consists with the contents of the ideological and political education for higher vocational college students,the purpose of the ideological and political education conforms to the purpose of craftsman-cultivating.Last but not least,the cultivation of craftsman'spirit of higher vocational college students is not accomplished overnight,which needs certain guidance,education and instillation,thus ideological and political education is an important way to cultivate the spirit of the craftsman.The survey found that most of the participants have a clear understanding and strong awarenessof the value of the craftsman's spirit,and the ideological and political education plays a significant role in the cultivation of craftsman' spirit of higher vocational college students.However,there still exists many shortcomings,the lack of craftsman' spirit is still a serious problem in higher vocational college students and nearly 90% of the students have deficiency of craftsmen spirit,the cultivation effect of the craftsman'spirit is also not ideal,so the task of cultivating the craftsman' spirit of students is still very arduous.The influencing factors of these problems are pluralistic.From the perspective of policy level,the system of craftsman spirit in China is still at the stage of preliminary construction and gradual improvement,so the power of the policy implementation remains to be strengthened and promoted;from the view of the craftsman' spirit itself,the educational resources of the craftsman spirit have not been fully excavated and utilized effectively;from the perspective of vocational college students,it's related to their daily life experience,behaviors and habits;from the view of objective factors of ideological and political education,it is inseparable from the concept of educating people,the way of educating people and the construction of ideological and political education of vocational colleges;from the view of environmental education,it is closely related to family education,culture construction of campus and social cultural atmosphere.Finally,based on the actual situation and the characteristics of vocational college students' ideological and political education,we try to seek the fit point,principle and method of integrating craftsman' spirit into the ideological and political education of higher vocational college students as well as the improvement of integrating craftsman' spirit into system mechanism of the ideological and political education,so as to make the craftsman' spirit better integrate into the ideological and political education of the vocational college students,promote their cultivation of the craftsman' spirit and improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education in vocational and technical colleges.
