At the Third Session of the 12 th National People's Congress,Premier Li Keqiang first proposed the "Internet +" action plan in the government work report.The "Internet+" technology was quickly integrated into various fields.Based on the limitations of traditional teaching of aerobics courses in sports,Fully think about and exploit the superiority of Internet technology,change the teaching mode of traditional aerobics courses,creatively propose the construction of aerobics teaching platform that conforms to the characteristics of aerobics teaching,and apply the aerobics teaching platform to aerobics teaching.Satisfy the diversified learning content of aerobics and the individualized learning needs of students,provide a new path for aerobics learning in the future,provide relevant reference for the innovation of aerobics teaching mode in China,and provide a leap for the progressive development of aerobics teaching for many years.The steps have also taken a tentative step towards the implementation of the aerobics network education road,providing a new technological engine for the reform and development of the sports field.This study takes the design and application of aerobics teaching platform under the background of "Internet +" as the research object,and uses the literature data method,interview method,observation method and logic analysis method to design the aerobics teaching platform,detailing how the aerobics teaching platform is designed to application.Through the analysis of the importance of the design and application of aerobics teaching platform,the advantages and necessity of using aerobics teaching platform for learning are expounded,so as to design the aerobics teaching platform.In the early stage of design,the design background of aerobics teaching platform was analyzed separately.The guiding ideology of aerobics teaching platform design and the design concept of aerobics teaching platform were determined,so as to better design the aerobics teaching platform.When designing the aerobics teaching platform,the main part is to design the interface of the aerobics teaching platform and the function of the aerobics teaching platform.The interface design mainly introduces the three interfaces of the login interface,the teacher'shomepage and the student's homepage.The functional design mainly includes Six functional modules,such as classroom teaching,teaching resources,independent learning,knowledge development,learning exchange,assessment and evaluation,provide a learning path for aerobics classroom teaching and students' independent learning.Finally,how to use the aerobics teaching platform is explained,including how to use the aerobics teaching platform to implement pre-class preparation,organize classroom teaching,class communication,self-learning and evaluation after the end of teaching.The aim is to enrich the content of aerobics learning through the design and application of aerobics teaching platform,expand the scope of students' learning,change the learning style of students,improve the disadvantages of aerobics teaching,optimize the implementation process of aerobics teaching,and make aerobics teaching It is more systematic,so that the students' self-learning ability is improved,the students' innovative ability is cultivated,the students' learning effect is improved,and the theoretical and practical foundation for the future innovation and development of aerobics teaching is provided,for the future "Internet +" Provide a reference for integrating innovation with physical education curriculum.
