Development Of China's Ice And Snow Sports Industry Based On System Dynamics Dynamic Mechanism Research

Based on stakeholder theory and complex nonlinear system thinking,this paper analyzes the development status of China's ice and snow sports industry,understands the organizational structure of China's ice and snow sports industry system,and sets the stakeholder composite system of China's ice and snow sports industry according to the primary and secondary,The degree of socialization is divided into four levels of subsystems,followed by the main social stakeholder system,the main non-social stakeholder system,the secondary social stakeholder system,and the sub-primary non-social interests.System.The four subsystems of China's ice and snow sports industry development system are studied separately,and the causal relationship and connection mode among various factors within the subsystem are understood.The composite system of the development mechanism of ice and snow sports industry is analyzed on the basis of subsystems.The force field that affects the driving force and restraint of the development mechanism of the ice and snow sports industry,and builds a flow chart based on the causal relationship.Through the system simulation and strategy adjustment of the flow chart of the development mechanism of China's ice and snow sports industry,finally According to the simulation strategy of China's ice and snow sports industry development,the empirical analysis of the ice and snow sports industry in Jilin Province is carried out.The research results show that:(1)The driving forces of the development mechanism of China's ice and snow sports industry include: government policy support,social organization development,economic development,and cultural concepts;constraints include: industrial operating environment,institutional constraints,laws and regulations,and international conflicts;(2)The system simulation results show that there is still a huge room for improvement in the development of China's ice and snow sports industry,and its development potential is huge;(3)Through the system dynamics simulation and parameter adjustment,it is proposed to adjust the ice and snow project at the level of major social stakeholders.The ratio of introduction rate to the opening ratio of ice and snow facilities;adjusting the participation rate of social ice and snow organizations and the proportion of social power investment at the level of major non-social stakeholders;adjusting market operation efficiency and cooperative operation at the level of secondary social stakeholders Efficiency;the corresponding strategy for adjusting the purchasing rate of ice and snow services and the proportion of government support at the sub-primary non-social stakeholder system level;(4)The strategic adjustment of the dynamic mechanism of the development of the ice and snow sports industry in Jilin Province will be carried out in four aspects,namely the competition Introducing dynamic mechanisms and human resources Dynamic mechanism,market operation dynamic mechanism,government service purchase dynamic mechanism.
