The sustainable development of ice and snow sports reserve talents is not only the embodiment of the comprehensive strength of Chinese ice and snow sports,but also an important part of Chinese transformation from a sports power to a sports power.The multi-agent collaborative training mode is the driving force of the ice and snow sports reserve talents from "organized" to "self-organization",which provides a mutual support and linkage collaborative development mechanism for the sustainable development of ice and snow sports reserve talents.Based on complex non-linear thinking,under the guidance of system theory and coordination theory,the multi-agent cooperative training system of ice and snow sports reserve talents is divided into competitive ice and snow subsystem,social ice and snow subsystem and school ice and snow subsystem.The mechanism of subject identification,key element identification,system operation environment,internal and external driving forces,system boundary description and system causal feedback are used to train the ice and snow sports reserve talents In order to explore the sustainable development mode of ice and snow sports reserve talents in the Olympic period and post Olympic period,this paper comprehensively explores the structure of ice and snow sports reserve talents multi-agent collaborative training system and the connection and causality between the elements,analyzes the dilemma and strategy adjustment of ice and snow sports reserve talents sustainable development.The results show that:(1)the multi-agent collaborative training system of ice and snow sports reserve talents is in the environment of system,culture,capital and market.Its internal driving forces include interest coordination driving force,policy mechanism driving force and strategic coordination driving force,and its external evolution forces include competitive sports system evolution force,social sports system evolution force and school sports system evolution force(2)For the ice and snow reserve talents,the multi-agent collaborative system simulation results show that the current ice and snow reserve talents are in a low level of sustainable development(3)Through the simulation of system dynamics and strategy adjustment,four sustainable development models are constructed,including competitive ice and snow development,campus ice and snow development,social ice and snow development and multi-agent collaborative development(4)Based on the analysis of sustainable development mode,three sustainable development suggestions are put forward: strategic coordination,resource coordination and organization coordination.
