Research On Cultivation Of College Students' Entrepreneurial Talents From The Perspective Of Xi JinPing's Talent Outlook

Since the 18th national congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the new situation requires us to change the previous development model of economic growth driven by capital,labor and resource input.,and start to implement the innovation-driven strategy.Innovation-driven is essentially talent-driven,and the implementation of innovation-driven strategy must be based on high-quality entrepreneurial talents.entrepreneurial talents of college students is an important part of entrepreneurial talents,we must pay attention to the cultivation of this group in order to make China' s innovative development take the lead in the world.Xi Jinping's talent outlook is a important part of Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,adhering to the guidance of Xi JinPing' s concept of talent,it is necessary to fully recognize the achievements made in the process of cultivating entrepreneurial talents of college students,and at the same time,to face up to many existing problems and actively explore solutions to these problems.Starting from the combination of Xi Jinping's talent outlook and the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents of college students,this paper mainly elaborates on the following four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the purpose and significance of topic selection,research status at home and abroad,innovation points and methods of paper writing.The second part is the theoretical overview.This part mainly introduces the basic connotation of Xi Jinping's talent concept,explains relevant concepts,and explains the inherent compatibility between Xi Jinping's talent concept and the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents of college students.The third part is the main body of the thesis.This part mainly analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation concept,cultivation subject,cultivation practice platform,and cultivation evaluation system,and analyzes the causes of these problems.The fourth part expounds the construction of the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents of college students from the four aspects of the guidance of socialist core values,the cultivation principle of entrepreneurial talents of college students and the party's core position in the process of talent team construction,and introduces the experience in the developed countries of entrepreneurial talent cultivation.
