Research On The Cultivation Of Innovative And Entrepreneurial Talents In Universities From The Perspective Of Talent View In The New Era

Talent is the key to the smooth implementation of the various strategies of the Communist Party of China and China,which directly concerns the future of the country and the fate of the nation.The ability to train talents who have a lifelong struggle for building socialism with Chinese characteristics is the decisive factor for the successful realization of the grand goal of "two hundred years".In the new era,facing the problems of cognitive deviation,inertia of paths,and inadequate implementation of the main body in the current process of China’s innovative and entrepreneurial training,this paper conducts research from the perspective of talents in the new era and the basic theory of college innovative and entrepreneurial training.By analyzing the talent theories of the first four generations of leaders of Marx,Engels,the Communist Party of China and the country,dialectically combining the characteristics of the new era,and taking Xi Jinping’s talent theory as the foothold,it elaborates the relevant theories of the formation and development of the talent concept of the new era.Based on it,the paper further explains theinternal relationship between the new era talent concept and the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial talents in universities.Through the combination of basic theories and literature research,the paper takes W University as an example for analysis and field investigation,which further analyzes the achievements and facing problems in the process of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents,from special to general,forming a general cause of problems.Aiming at the above reasons,this article proposes a new training path from the aspects of establishing virtuous people,party management personnel,and education.
