Research On Xi Jinping’s View On The Talents View Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics In The New Era

Xi Jinping is an outstanding leader with epoch-making significance,leading Socialism with Chinese characteristics to a new historical orientation.After the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core sized up the situation,based on the new situation of "great changes in a hundred years’ that the international and domestic are facing,and always insisted on the party’s management of talents,so that the talent policy kept pace with the times and comprehensively promoted the strategy of strengthening the country through talents.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,it is proposed to "gather talents from all over the world and use them to speed up the construction of a powerful country with talents".Strive to build a practical talent team with "firm politics,exquisite business and good style".The Resolution adopted at the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee pointed out that the development of the cause of the Party and the people cannot be separated from the continuous struggle of the Communist Party of China(CPC)[2]people from generation to generation,and we must grasp the fundamental plan of successors.With the rapid development of new formats,the traditional mechanism of selecting and employing people has been greatly impacted.How to make a breakthrough in the wave of digital economy,establish new standards for talent evaluation and create an environment suitable for talent development is even more important.The main body of the article consists of three chapters.The first chapter is: the theoretical origin and formation process of Xi Jinping’s view of China’s talents with characteristics in the new era.Firstly,it is the theoretical origin of Xi Jinping’s view of China’s talents with characteristics in the new era,which is discussed from the talent thoughts of Marxist classic writers and the talent thoughts of previous leaders in the Communist Party of China(CPC).The second part discusses the formation background of Xi Jinping’s view of China’s talents with characteristics in the new era from the domestic and international perspectives.The third part divides it into the educated youth period,the Zhengding period,the working period in Xiamen,Zhejiang and Shanghai,and the related contents of the view of talents after becoming the leader of the party and the state according to the growth track of Xi Jinping’s politics.The second chapter mainly discusses the main contents and characteristics of Xi Jinping’s view of China’s characteristic talents in the new era: The first part is the main content of Xi Jinping’s view of talents.This part discusses six aspects: emphasizing the strategic position of talents,selecting standards for talents,selecting goals,sources of talents,and the guiding role of talents The second part is the characteristics of Xi Jinping’s view of China’s characteristic talents in the new era,which is summarized from five aspects,namely:adhering to the institutional advantage of the party managing talents;Adhere to the orientation of employing people with both ability and political integrity;Adhere to the people-oriented value orientation;Adhere to the reform advantage of breaking through innovation;Adhere to the open advantage of gathering talents from all over the world and using them.The third chapter mainly discusses the theoretical and practical value of Xi Jinping’s view of talents with China characteristics in the new era.The first part discusses the theoretical value of Xi Jinping’s view of talents with China characteristics in the new era from two dimensions: enriching and developing Marxist talent thought and deepening Socialism with Chinese characteristics’ s talent theory.The second part summarizes the practical value of Xi Jinping’s view of China’s characteristic talents in the new era from four angles: The first is to provide basic guarantee for building a socialist modernization power in an all-round way;the second is to clarify the direction of reform for taking the road of Chinese path to modernization;the third is to provide intellectual support for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation;and the fourth is to provide China’s plan for talent work for countries around the world to cope with the unprecedented changes in a century.
