Moderate physical activity and healthy living habits are important ways to promote the health of children and adolescents. However, with the rapid development of our economy and lifestyle changes in recent years, the development of convenient transportation and network technology is our work and life.At the same time,it brings convenience and unhealthy lifestyles such as physical activity and sedentary behavior.Promoting the physical activities of children and adolescents has become a common concern of society, families, schools and communities. As an important social relationship in childhood and adolescence, peers also have an irreplaceable role in the participation of their physical activities. This study takes 1003 children and adolescents in Shanghai as the survey object, and takes the physical activity and peer influence of children and adolescents in Shanghai as the research content.Through the use of literature, questionnaires, mathematical statistics and other research methods,we can understand the children and adolescents in Shanghai. After the physical activity level and the basic situation of peer influence and gender and grade differences, the relationship between the two is discussed, and then the influence and contribution rate of peers on physical activities of children of different genders, grades are analyzed.Based on this,a peer intervention method to promote the improvement of physical activity level of children and adolescents is proposed. The results of the study showed that the average daily physical activity of children and adolescents in Shanghai was 44.33(SD = 40.57)minutes.The physical activity level of male students was higher than that of female students. The physical activity level of the eighth grade students was the highest;the factors of peer effect were higher than the medium criticality. The value indicates that the peer effect is positive, and the peer effect does not have significant gender differences, but there are significant grade differences. The peer support and peer attitudes of the eighth grade report are the most positive, and the peers report the highest level of physical activity. There is a correlation between the physical activity level of children and adolescents in Shanghai and the three factors of peer effect. The contribution rate of peer effects to physical activity of children and adolescents is 14.9%.The level of peer support and peer physical activity has an impact on the physical activity level of boys, with a contribution rate of 14.8%.Peer support and peer attitude towards girls. The level of physical activity has an impact rate of 16.0%.Peer support and peer attitude have an impact on the level of physical activity of 5th grade adolescents, with a contribution rate of 14.6%.Only peer support has an impact on the level of physical activity of 8th grade adolescents. The rate was 14.1%.Peer support, peer attitude and peer physical activity had an impact on 11 th grade adolescents, with a contribution rate of 17.3%.In view of the above-mentioned children and adolescents' physical insufficiency and the influence of peers on the gender differences and grade differences of children's and adolescents' physical activities, combined with the ways and means of promoting children's and adolescents' physical activities in China, from five dimensions, the authors propose countermeasures to promote the participation ofchildren and adolescents in physical activities:The state plays a role in guiding macroeconomic policies to promote the participation of children and adolescents in physical activities;Taking social youth sports clubs as a breakthrough, organize children and adolescents to carry out various forms of sports activities and training activities of various sports, create opportunities for children and adolescents to form behavioral influences;enrich school physical education forms, and base on gender training In addition, increase skill sets, personality combinations, free combinations, interest combinations, target combinations and other organizational methods to stabilize the quality of sports friendship;enrich community youth sports events, promote sports exchanges among community youths;family appropriately guide children to build sports friendship, encourage The child participates in physical exercise with his peers and affirms the sports friendship that the child has made.
