Research On The Pushing Strategy For A Teaching Mode For Sports Named "One School With One Brand"

Based on the investigation of the current situation of physical education teaching in schools with characteristics of campus football in yanji city,this paper analyzes the existing problems and studies the promotion strategy of "one school,one product"physical education teaching mode in schools with characteristics of campus football in yanji city.This study adopts the methods of literature review and questionnaire survey.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 144 physical education teachers and 645 students from 26 schools with football characteristics in yanji city.From the following three aspects:the primary and middle school campus football features of yanji city school teachers,physical education curriculum teaching situation and existing problems,"a top school physical education curriculum teaching model feasibility analysis,put forward the primary and middle school campus football features of yanji city schools" a top school physical education curriculum teaching mode to promote strategy.The survey results shows that:The result of the investigation shows that there are some sports teachers in the characteristic schools of campus football in yanji city who have a low cognition of the teaching mode of "one school one grade" sports course.In addition,there is a shortage of teachers for special sports of football in schools of han nationality.At the same time,PE teachers in schools with characteristics of football in primary and middle schools of yanji city have few opportunities to participate in the training and academic conferences,and only one opportunity to participate in the training and academic conferences every year.The facilities and equipment can not fully meet the needs of physical education teaching;The general lack of special football course teaching materials,teaching organizational form of a single problem,for the promotion of "one school one grade" sports curriculum teaching model has a certain impact.In order to better promote the reform of "one school,one grade" physical education curriculum teaching model,the following promotion strategies are proposed:1.Yanji primary and middle school campus football characteristic school teaching leadership and physical education teachers to improve the "one school one grade"physical education curriculum teaching mode awareness,fully realize the "one school one grade" physical education curriculum teaching mode reform necessity,importance and urgency.The education management department should take yanji primary and secondary school football characteristic schools as the pilot,build the "one school one grade" physical education curriculum teaching mode exchange platform,through the exchange platform,publicize and promote the "one school one grade" physical education curriculum teaching mode,improve the physical education teachers'awareness of "one school one grade" physical education curriculum teaching mode.2.School increasing recruitment of football sports teachers,at the same time,strengthen cooperation with local colleges and universities,social organizations,training for physical education teachers,physical education teachers should also focus on the latest development of domestic sports course teaching,school each semester for physical education teachers provide more opportunities to attend training and academic conference,improve sports teachers' professional accomplishment.3.The education management department should increase investment,improve the site facilities and equipment conditions,fully meet the teaching needs of physical education courses of yanji primary and middle school football featured schools,and provide guarantee for the "one school,one product" physical education course teaching mode of yanji primary and middle school football featured schools.4.According to the actual situation of the school,yanji primary and middle school campus football characteristic school should actively research and develop special football course teaching materials,and change the previous physical education teaching organization form,which can adopt new teaching forms such as PE class system.
