Special education is a component part of education,its development degree is an important indicator of measure a degree of social civilization.Special education,refers to the government,enterprises,institutions,social organizations,other social organizations and individual citizens to use general or specially designed courses,textbooks,teaching methods and teaching organization form and teaching facilities,with special needs children,adolescents,designed to achieve the goal of cultivating the general and special education.Special education has affected by the complexity of the object of education,teachers'comprehensive ability structure,teaching means and methods of diversity and other characteristics,and in the education teaching process must adhere to take the student as this,rehabilitation combined with education,the principle of multiple cooperative education.This kind of education the key to success lies in the special education teachers ability of excellence,in other words,the special education teachers is an effective excellence and success of the essential elements of special education.From outstanding teachers'competence,excellent ability of four elements include:personal traits,motivation,attitude,professional knowledge and professional skills.Architecture model of special education teachers' excellent ability consists of three main modules:excellent teachers' competence,work areas and professional practice.Competence includes trait,attitude,knowledge and skills.Work areas include five dimensions:the first dimension is to promote students' learning,evaluation and report the second dimension is the student's study results,the third dimension is to participate in the professional study,in the fourth dimension is result-oriented environment in the course of the policy and other project plan,the fifth dimension is formed in the school community partnerships.Professional practice is the overall situation of the special education outstanding teachers,teachers' ability and work in the field of all meaning is established on the basis of professional practice.Four elements constitute a specific and include:enjoy working with people,enthusiastic and energetic,observant,sedate and had the characteristics of tolerance;Love special education career,respect and accept the students,for students,and work with a sense of responsibility,positive development,and improve their attitude;Professional,teaching,students and teaching of the four major knowledge;Communication,curriculum planning and design,class organization and management and the research of primary skill.Empirical survey data has proved that:the ability of special education teachers in our country overall is good,but the ability to form and development imbalance,actual ability level below the level of teachers' understanding of the importance of ability.Moreover,In the real practice of special education,teacher personality can influence the attitude,and personal attributes and attitudes affect teachers' mastery of knowledge and use of skills,and mastery of knowledge and familiarity with directly affect the efficiency of teachers'professional skills.Professional activities for teachers enjoy working with people and enthusiastic and energetic qualities,with a responsible attitude and knowledge of students,excellent communication skills and research skills demand the highest degree.Therefore,in the development of special education is the ability of teachers,we should pay special attention to these problems.According to the theory of action learning and professionalization of teachers,developing the ability of special education teachers not only needs to perfect the guiding function of system and policy framework,needs the combination of pre-service cultivating and post training,the trinity of professional support of team platform,capacity growth and career development,but also needs teachers' love,learn,preserve as continued growth momentum.
