The purpose of this study is to construct a competency model which is suitable for Special education teacher teachers, Which can provide much more powerful theoretical support for Special education teachers construction of the system in the future, meanwhile can provide practical training programs and establish training system of special education teachers, so that special education will be promoted much better and quickly.(1) The author makes the study through Behavior Event Interview, theoretical review, questionnaire method to receive the structure of special education teacher competency and the theoretical model of special education teacher competency. This papers shows that the model of special education teacher competency includes3parts:mental traits, teaching ability, profession purpose.(2) Drafting a questionnaire named "the structure of special education teacher competency" including21question based on the theoretical model.According to the result analysis, there is a high confidence reliability and validity. (3) The research estimates the current situation of the special education teacher,the result shows that there is significant difference among different ages, teaching ages, school categories,special education branches. |
